【摘要】：本研究針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)城市廣場(chǎng)空間存在的問(wèn)題,在歸納總結(jié)行為活動(dòng)與廣場(chǎng)空間基本構(gòu)成要素相關(guān)理論、已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,選取代表性強(qiáng)的長(zhǎng)沙星沙通程商業(yè)廣場(chǎng)作為研究區(qū),轉(zhuǎn)變以往將城市廣場(chǎng)與行為分開(kāi)研究的方式為兩者相結(jié)合研究的方式,嘗試從社會(huì)學(xué)、城市規(guī)劃學(xué)、行為學(xué)視角,對(duì)城市廣場(chǎng)使用者的行為進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)調(diào)查訪談、深度數(shù)據(jù)分析,從而探究行為在廣場(chǎng)空間中的特征及規(guī)律,剖析廣場(chǎng)空間與行為的影響機(jī)制,進(jìn)而明晰更符合使用者需求的城市廣場(chǎng)的管理設(shè)計(jì)方案,為城市廣場(chǎng)空間的合理開(kāi)發(fā)、科學(xué)管理提供依據(jù)。 本文按照理論——實(shí)踐——理論的步驟進(jìn)行研究,采用多種研究方法研究廣場(chǎng)空間使用者行為。針對(duì)城市廣場(chǎng)空間,采用場(chǎng)地調(diào)查法研究了城市廣場(chǎng)空間的物質(zhì)實(shí)體空間與精神文化空間；針對(duì)廣場(chǎng)空間使用者的行為,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、訪談?wù){(diào)查、觀察調(diào)查以及拍照調(diào)查等方法進(jìn)行研究；針對(duì)廣場(chǎng)空間中使用者行為活動(dòng)的空間規(guī)律,采用間斷拍照調(diào)查方法進(jìn)行研究。基于調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),本文采用excel、SPSS等軟件對(duì)廣場(chǎng)空間使用者行為數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理分析；運(yùn)用對(duì)比分析法研究長(zhǎng)沙通程商業(yè)廣場(chǎng)與芙蓉廣場(chǎng)使用者行為活動(dòng)的區(qū)別并分析其原因。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)其一在于研究角度上采用行為與空間相結(jié)合方式,探討兩者之間的辯證關(guān)系；其二在于通過(guò)較全面的研究方法,重點(diǎn)研究使用者行為在空間、時(shí)間、環(huán)境中的行為規(guī)律。 研究表明,構(gòu)成城市廣場(chǎng)空間的三要素：使用者、空間和行為活動(dòng),三者之間存在互相作用、互相影響的關(guān)系,只有三者和諧統(tǒng)一才能使廣場(chǎng)空間具有活力。良好的廣場(chǎng)空間能夠?yàn)槭褂谜咛峁﹥?yōu)質(zhì)的活動(dòng)空間,良好空間中使用者行為活動(dòng)能夠誘發(fā)廣場(chǎng)空間活力,人、行為和空間形成和諧統(tǒng)一的整體。城市廣場(chǎng)空間的建設(shè)不僅要加強(qiáng)物質(zhì)空間的營(yíng)造,還應(yīng)該更多的關(guān)注精神空間的營(yíng)造,良好的城市廣場(chǎng)空間不僅能夠誘發(fā)使用者產(chǎn)生類型多樣的行為活動(dòng),還可以促進(jìn)使用者形成良好公共觀念。城市廣場(chǎng)空間與使用者行為活動(dòng)之間相互作用、相互影響、密不可分。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems existing in the space of city square in our country, this study summarizes the theories of behavior activities and the basic elements of square space, and based on the existing research results, This paper selects Changsha Xingsha Tongcheng Commercial Square as the research area, changes the former way of studying city square and behavior into the way of combining the two, and tries to study from the perspective of sociology, urban planning and behavior. In order to explore the characteristics and rules of behavior in square space and analyze the influence mechanism of square space and behavior, the author makes a systematic investigation and interview on the behavior of the users of the city square, analyzes the depth data, and analyzes the characteristics and rules of the behavior in the square space. Furthermore, the management and design scheme of urban square which meets the needs of the users is clarified, which provides the basis for the rational development and scientific management of the space of the city square. In this paper, according to the steps of theory-practice-theory, various research methods are used to study the behavior of square space users. According to the space of the city square, the material space and the spiritual and cultural space of the space of the city square are studied by the method of site investigation, and the behavior of the users of the space of the square is investigated by questionnaire, interview and investigation. The methods of observation investigation and photo survey were used to study the spatial regularity of users' behavior in square space, and the method of intermittent photo survey was used to study the behavior of users in square space. Based on the investigation data, this paper analyzes the spatial users' behavior data by using excelot SPSS software, and studies the difference between Changsha Tongcheng Commercial Square and Furong Square by using comparative analysis method and analyzes the reasons. One of the innovations of this paper is to study the dialectical relationship between behavior and space by combining behavior and space, and the other is to focus on the study of user behavior in space and time through more comprehensive research methods. The law of behavior in the environment. The study shows that the three elements of urban square space are user, space and behavior, and there is a relationship of interaction and influence among the three elements. Only by the harmony and unity of the three elements can the square space have vitality. The good square space can provide the high quality activity space for the user, the good space user behavior activity can induce the square space vigor, the person, the behavior and the space forms the harmonious unity whole. The construction of urban square space should not only strengthen the construction of material space, but also pay more attention to the construction of spiritual space. Also can promote the user to form the good public idea. The city square space and the user behavior activity interacts, the mutual influence, is inseparable.
