商業(yè)綜合體內(nèi)部交通空間的功能復(fù)合化及優(yōu)化策略研究

【摘要】:商業(yè)綜合體的建設(shè)是在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)文化發(fā)展、城市建設(shè)用地資源緊缺的情況下走集約化道路逐步發(fā)展成型的,并已成為城市的重要功能組成部分,這不僅有效地整合了各種空間的功能,如商業(yè)街及商業(yè)大廈,同時(shí)也促成了商業(yè)綜合體與周圍建筑相互融合。以發(fā)揮每個(gè)集合功能空間的積極作用,并改變了人們?nèi)粘5纳罘绞胶涂臻g環(huán)境。 針對目前我國城市商業(yè)綜合體的發(fā)展趨勢,通過對案例的調(diào)查與分析發(fā)現(xiàn)商業(yè)綜合體內(nèi)部交通空間流線組織可以擴(kuò)展為多目標(biāo)應(yīng)用的載體,從傳統(tǒng)的以購物為主的商業(yè)建筑形式,逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榧虡I(yè)、辦公、娛樂、休閑、體驗(yàn)于一體的商業(yè)綜合體建筑,商業(yè)綜合體內(nèi)部流線空間從單一的交通功能空間轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐越煌ńM織為基礎(chǔ),兼具其它職能而服務(wù)于復(fù)雜多樣的商業(yè)綜合體的主要功能空間,并且具有營業(yè)空間擴(kuò)展與延伸的潛力。作為商業(yè)綜合體的基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)架,它的各類功能空間的復(fù)合化需要交通空間來組織。因此,商業(yè)綜合體建筑的合理與否,很大程度上取決于商業(yè)綜合體內(nèi)部流線組織與功能拓展;谏虡I(yè)綜合體內(nèi)部空間流線組織的重要性,本文以此作為切入點(diǎn),對商業(yè)綜合體內(nèi)部交通空間的功能復(fù)合化設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)理論與實(shí)踐進(jìn)行梳理,對交通空間的基本特點(diǎn)、構(gòu)成要素、空間類型及設(shè)計(jì)手法進(jìn)行解析,探索商業(yè)綜合體各功能空間的交通組織、設(shè)備布線、休息場所的布局、空間形態(tài),并對相關(guān)聯(lián)的業(yè)態(tài)、功能需求等之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化、復(fù)合化的研究,,使得商業(yè)綜合體的功能更加人性化和實(shí)用化。
[Abstract]:The construction of the commercial complex is in the social economic and cultural development, the urban construction land resources are scarce, and the intensive road is gradually developed and formed. It has become an important functional component of the city, which not only effectively integrated the functions of various spaces, such as commercial streets and commercial building, but also contributed to the commercial complex and week. The building is integrated with each other to bring into play the positive role of each collection function space and change people's daily life style and space environment.
In view of the current development trend of the urban commercial complex in China, through the investigation and analysis of the cases, it is found that the internal traffic spatial streamline organization in the commercial complex can be extended to the carrier of multi-objective application. From the traditional shopping oriented commercial architecture, the business, office, entertainment, leisure, and experience are gradually transformed into business, office, entertainment, leisure, and experience in one business. Complex architecture, the internal streamline of the commercial complex is transformed from a single traffic function space to a traffic organization based, and has other functions to serve the main functional space of a complex and diverse commercial complex, and has the potential to expand and extend the business space. It is the basic framework for the commercial complex and its various functions. The integration of space requires traffic space to organize. Therefore, whether the building of a commercial complex is reasonable or not depends largely on the internal streamline organization and function expansion of the commercial complex. Based on the importance of the internal spatial streamline organization of the commercial complex, this paper takes this as a breakthrough point for the functional complex of the internal traffic space of the commercial complex. The related theory and practice of the integrated design are combed, the basic characteristics, elements, space types and design techniques of traffic space are analyzed, and the traffic organization, equipment wiring, layout and space form of the functional space of the commercial complex are explored, and the relationship between the related formats, the functional requirements and so on is carried out. The research of unification and compound makes the function of the commercial complex more humanized and practical.
