長期服役電梯安全評價(jià)技術(shù)及方法研究

【摘要】:電梯安全問題已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前社會關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題。長期服役電梯使用年限長,零部件老化、磨損情況嚴(yán)重,,各類故障、困人甚至人員傷亡事故時常發(fā)生,給人們的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全帶來了巨大威脅,造成了惡劣的社會影響。因此,開展長期服役電梯安全評價(jià)技術(shù)及方法的研究具有十分重要的工程價(jià)值與社會意義。本文的研究內(nèi)容主要包括以下幾個方面: (1)長期服役電梯安全評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系研究。通過電梯故障統(tǒng)計(jì)與故障原因分析,歸納電梯可能的危險(xiǎn)狀態(tài),并將危險(xiǎn)狀態(tài)與各部件對應(yīng),形成以部件危險(xiǎn)狀態(tài)為特征的安全評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。進(jìn)行整機(jī)運(yùn)行性能研究,將振動加速度、起制動加速度、平均加速度、運(yùn)行速度作為整機(jī)運(yùn)行性能參數(shù)指標(biāo)。在指標(biāo)體系建立的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合實(shí)踐,研究指標(biāo)分級原則與方法。 (2)長期服役電梯安全評價(jià)現(xiàn)場檢測技術(shù)研究。研究長期服役電梯部件安全評價(jià)指標(biāo)危險(xiǎn)狀態(tài)的識別及獲取方法以及整機(jī)運(yùn)行性能評價(jià)指標(biāo)的測試方案。在此基礎(chǔ)上,制定用于長期服役電梯安全評價(jià)現(xiàn)場檢測與信息記錄的安全檢查表。 (3)長期服役電梯安全評價(jià)方法研究。建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)要素評估表與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級表,根據(jù)部件安全評價(jià)指標(biāo)所描述的不同危險(xiǎn)狀態(tài),綜合應(yīng)用PHA與FMEA方法研究得出各指標(biāo)在不同狀態(tài)下的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級。研究整機(jī)運(yùn)行性能參數(shù)與部件及子系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)的關(guān)系,綜合考慮部件指標(biāo)完備情況,提出基于整機(jī)性能參數(shù)修正的變指數(shù)線性綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)集成方法,并據(jù)此建立長期服役電梯安全評價(jià)數(shù)學(xué)模型。 (4)長期服役電梯部件及整機(jī)判廢方法研究。在實(shí)現(xiàn)安全評價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上,建立長期服役電梯部件及整機(jī)判廢的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)準(zhǔn)則及邏輯準(zhǔn)則,二者綜合實(shí)現(xiàn)部件及整機(jī)判廢。 (5)長期服役電梯安全評價(jià)程序編制。根據(jù)長期服役電梯安全評價(jià)方法模型,采用Microsoft C#語言編制安全評價(jià)程序,程序包括安全評價(jià)因素管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)計(jì)算、結(jié)果處理等功能,能快速準(zhǔn)確得出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)結(jié)果,提高安全評價(jià)作業(yè)效率。 (6)長期服役電梯安全評價(jià)技術(shù)及方法工程應(yīng)用及實(shí)例分析;诒疚闹械脑u價(jià)技術(shù)及方法,開展工程應(yīng)用研究,并選取一臺長期服役電梯進(jìn)行了具體的實(shí)例分析。結(jié)果表明:上述長期服役電梯安全評價(jià)技術(shù)及方法可操作性強(qiáng)、評價(jià)結(jié)果直觀有效。
[Abstract]:Elevator safety has become a hot issue of social concern. The long service life of elevator, the aging of parts and components, the serious wear and tear, all kinds of malfunctions, trapped people and even casualties often occur, which brings great threat to the safety of people's life and property, and causes a bad social impact. Therefore, it is of great engineering value and social significance to study the safety evaluation techniques and methods of elevator in long service. The research content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects: 1) study on the evaluation index system of elevator safety in long service. Through fault statistics and fault cause analysis of elevator, the possible dangerous state of elevator is summed up, and the dangerous state is corresponding with each component to form a safety evaluation index system characterized by dangerous state of parts. The performance of the whole machine is studied. The vibration acceleration, the braking acceleration, the average acceleration and the running speed are taken as the performance parameters of the whole machine. Based on the establishment of index system and practice, the principle and method of index classification are studied. 2) Research on field detection technology of elevator safety evaluation in long service. This paper studies the identification and acquisition method of hazard state of safety evaluation index of elevator components in long service and the test scheme of evaluation index of running performance of the whole machine. On this basis, the safety check form for long service elevator safety evaluation field detection and information record is made. Research on the safety evaluation method of long-term service elevator. The risk factor assessment table and risk grade table are established. According to the different risk states described by the component safety evaluation index, the risk grades of each index under different conditions are obtained by using PHA and FMEA methods. This paper studies the relationship between the performance parameters of the whole machine and the state of the components and subsystems. Considering the completeness of the component indexes, a variable exponential linear integrated risk integration method based on the modification of the performance parameters of the whole machine is proposed. Based on this, a mathematical model of elevator safety evaluation for long service is established. 4) study on long-term service elevator parts and the method of scrapping the whole machine. On the basis of realizing safety evaluation, the risk criterion and logic criterion of long service elevator parts and whole machine are established. 5) long-service elevator safety evaluation program. According to the safety evaluation method model of long-term service elevator, the safety evaluation program is compiled by Microsoft C # language. The program includes safety evaluation factor management, risk calculation, result processing and so on, which can get the risk result quickly and accurately. Improve the efficiency of safety evaluation. Long-service elevator safety evaluation technology and method engineering application and case analysis. Based on the evaluation technology and method in this paper, the engineering application research is carried out, and a concrete example is given to analyze a long service elevator. The results show that the techniques and methods mentioned above are operable, and the evaluation results are intuitionistic and effective.
