青島市發(fā)動機(jī)廠改造配套中學(xué)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:中小學(xué)校園工程項(xiàng)目與普通建筑工程項(xiàng)目既有一些相同之處,又有其自身特點(diǎn)。同普通建筑工程項(xiàng)目相比,學(xué)校工程項(xiàng)目在設(shè)計(jì)上要求更人性化,在施工中各工種間協(xié)調(diào)配合要求較高,對施工質(zhì)量和工期的要求更嚴(yán)格。質(zhì)量、成本、進(jìn)度是工程項(xiàng)目管理的三大目標(biāo),進(jìn)度管理不利是導(dǎo)致工程延誤、質(zhì)量下降、投資失控的重要原因之一。因此,研究學(xué)校工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理,對有效控制工程進(jìn)度、保證工程質(zhì)量、避免過度追加投資有重要意義。本文對青島市發(fā)動機(jī)廠改造配套中學(xué)工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行了研究。首先,介紹了學(xué)校工程項(xiàng)目管理的研究背景、項(xiàng)目管理的研究現(xiàn)狀、本文研究的目標(biāo)、方法和思路等,闡述了進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的制定工具和方法、進(jìn)度控制的相關(guān)理論。其次,介紹了青島市發(fā)動機(jī)廠改造配套中學(xué)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)、設(shè)計(jì)方案、施工方案、人員組成等項(xiàng)目信息。然后,利用制定進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的方法和工具,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況,創(chuàng)建了項(xiàng)目的工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)、責(zé)任分配矩陣、甘特圖和網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖等,并利用關(guān)鍵路徑法對項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃進(jìn)行合理優(yōu)化,使進(jìn)度計(jì)劃滿足項(xiàng)目的目標(biāo)要求;利用進(jìn)度控制的理論和方法對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行控制管理,在項(xiàng)目開工前對可能影響進(jìn)度的因素進(jìn)行分析,并有針對性地制定了控制預(yù)案,在項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行中,定期檢查項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度情況,分析影響進(jìn)度的原因,采取相應(yīng)的調(diào)控措施來控制項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度,保證項(xiàng)目順利進(jìn)行。通過研究,總結(jié)出中小學(xué)學(xué)校工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)和方法,希望能夠?yàn)槠渌行W(xué)建設(shè)提供有益的借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:There are some similarities between primary and middle school campus projects and ordinary construction projects, but also have their own characteristics.Compared with ordinary construction projects, school engineering projects require more humanization in design, higher requirements for coordination and coordination among different types of work in construction, and more strict requirements for construction quality and construction period.Quality, cost and schedule are the three major objectives of project management. Unfavorable schedule management is one of the important reasons that lead to project delay, quality decline and investment out of control.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the schedule management of the school project to control the progress of the project effectively, to ensure the quality of the project and to avoid excessive additional investment.In this paper, the progress management of the middle school project in Qingdao engine factory reconstruction is studied.First of all, it introduces the research background of school engineering project management, the research status of project management, the research objectives, methods and ideas of this paper, and expounds the tools and methods of schedule planning, and the relevant theory of schedule control.Secondly, the project objective, design scheme, construction scheme and personnel composition of the secondary school project for the transformation of Qingdao engine factory are introduced.Then, by using the methods and tools of making progress plan and combining the actual situation of the project, the work breakdown structure, responsibility distribution matrix, Gantt chart and network diagram of the project are created, and the key path method is used to optimize the project plan reasonably.Make the schedule plan meet the goal requirement of the project, use the theory and method of schedule control to manage the project, analyze the factors that may affect the progress before the project starts, and make the control plan pertinently.In the progress of the project, regularly check the progress of the project, analyze the reasons affecting the progress, take appropriate control measures to control the progress of the project, ensure the smooth progress of the project.Through the research, this paper summarizes some experiences and methods of project schedule management in primary and middle schools, hoping to provide useful reference and reference for other primary and secondary schools.
