【摘要】：我國(guó)目前尚處在城市化高速發(fā)展時(shí)期,城市面臨大量農(nóng)村人口涌入問題。2010年3月聯(lián)合國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)事務(wù)部人口司指出,已有超過全世界總?cè)丝谝话氲娜松钤诔鞘?達(dá)到35億。到二十一世紀(jì)五十年代初,全球人口預(yù)計(jì)上升至92億,城市人口將達(dá)到63億。城市區(qū)域的不斷擴(kuò)張,自然環(huán)境、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的負(fù)荷也將隨之加重,城市將會(huì)越來(lái)越依賴于外部的食物、能源和自然資源供給,“食物里程”呈現(xiàn)不斷延長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì),必然會(huì)進(jìn)一步加劇生態(tài)環(huán)境問題。近年來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)外前沿關(guān)于“生產(chǎn)性城市”的探討標(biāo)志著最大程度內(nèi)的自給自足,自己養(yǎng)活城市市民的時(shí)代必將來(lái)臨。城市生產(chǎn)與消費(fèi)逐步平衡的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)為城市空間農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)與建筑農(nóng)業(yè)提供了全新的發(fā)展與機(jī)遇。本文以國(guó)內(nèi)外都市農(nóng)業(yè)、立體城市、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)相關(guān)理論、設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)踐案例為研究基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)建筑農(nóng)業(yè)、城市空間生產(chǎn)展開研究,對(duì)生產(chǎn)性城市理念歸納梳理,并針對(duì)城市空間農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行概念界定、體系架構(gòu)、共生模式研究三方面分析。對(duì)基于生產(chǎn)性城市的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)模式展開深入探討。在微觀層面上,進(jìn)行建筑界面、建筑空間的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)性策略研究以及綜合評(píng)價(jià)因素歸納總結(jié)。在宏觀層面上,提出未來(lái)城市在發(fā)展、重構(gòu)過程中,主要有可能出現(xiàn)三種形式:高密度巨構(gòu)聚居與平面農(nóng)業(yè)、高密度巨構(gòu)聚居與立體農(nóng)業(yè)、高密度巨構(gòu)聚居與農(nóng)業(yè)一體化。并針對(duì)第三種形式進(jìn)行研究性設(shè)計(jì),將其構(gòu)成要素歸納為具有使用功能之空間單元、輔助功能系統(tǒng)、自然因素三個(gè)方面并分別進(jìn)行論述,以求整合和開放城市要素,以實(shí)現(xiàn)城市環(huán)境宜人化,城市綜合效益優(yōu)先化的發(fā)展目標(biāo),從而達(dá)到生產(chǎn)性城市的生產(chǎn)與消費(fèi)趨于平衡的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。通過研究,本文希望可以對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)一體化以及城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展起到一定的指導(dǎo)和研究意義。從而,根除市民與農(nóng)民的差異,消除長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)存在的城鄉(xiāng)差別。
[Abstract]:China is still in a period of rapid urbanization, and cities are facing a large influx of rural people. In March 2010, the population Division of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs pointed out that more than half of the total population of the world already lives in cities. Reaching 3.5 billion. By the early 1950s, the global population is expected to rise to 9.2 billion and the urban population will reach 6.3 billion. Cities will become increasingly dependent on external supplies of food, energy and natural resources, and the "food mileage" will continue to grow, which is bound to further exacerbate ecological problems in recent years. The cutting-edge discussion of "productive cities" at home and abroad marks the greatest degree of self-sufficiency, The age of feeding urban citizens will come. The development trend of the balance between urban production and consumption provides a new development and opportunity for urban space agricultural production and construction agriculture. Agricultural production related theory, design and practice cases as the research basis, research on construction agriculture, urban space production, the concept of productive cities summarized and combed, and for urban spatial agricultural production concept definition, system structure, Three aspects of symbiotic model analysis. The agricultural production model based on productive cities is discussed in depth. At the micro level, the building interface, On the macro level, the paper puts forward that in the process of development and reconstruction of the future city, there are mainly three kinds of forms: high-density mega-settlement and flat agriculture. For the third form, the research design is carried out, and the constituent elements are summed up as the space unit with the function of use and the auxiliary function system. Three aspects of natural factors are discussed in order to integrate and open the urban elements to realize the development goal of the city environment is pleasant and the urban comprehensive benefit is given priority to. Through the research, this paper hopes to play a certain guiding and research significance to the integration of urban and rural areas and the sustainable development of the city, so as to eradicate the differences between citizens and farmers. Eliminate the long-standing differences between urban and rural areas.
