基于工作流協(xié)同的水處理項(xiàng)目管理的研究

【摘要】:水處理項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)在越來越多,針對(duì)水處理項(xiàng)目的管理還處于混亂狀態(tài),F(xiàn)在IT技術(shù)正在以指數(shù)式發(fā)展。利用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)建立一種關(guān)于水處理項(xiàng)目管理的系統(tǒng)是非常必要的。項(xiàng)目管理是人與人和人與項(xiàng)目之間的交流,所以可以利用工作流協(xié)同技術(shù)在計(jì)算機(jī)上實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)。項(xiàng)目參與者通過計(jì)算機(jī)協(xié)同工作,共同完成項(xiàng)目。文章主要從以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研究: 第一,利用項(xiàng)目管理與協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)理論,從水處理項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的功能出發(fā),建立了項(xiàng)目分解、項(xiàng)目實(shí)時(shí)管理、辦公自動(dòng)化等功能模塊。根據(jù)工作流技術(shù),結(jié)合本系統(tǒng)的功能特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目周期內(nèi)的所用流程。 第二,根據(jù)項(xiàng)目管理的特點(diǎn),對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理中重點(diǎn)要素時(shí)間、成本與質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了深入研究分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)中的計(jì)算方法,并對(duì)案例進(jìn)行分析模擬。 第三,根據(jù)工作流需求,設(shè)計(jì)了基于.Net平臺(tái)下的工作流引擎,,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)工作流功能的七大模塊與支持工作流正常運(yùn)行的數(shù)據(jù)庫。 第四,在協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)方面主要,分析了協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù),重點(diǎn)對(duì)協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)版本管理進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),提出設(shè)計(jì)思想,利用了分配權(quán)限的管理模式,提出“權(quán)限樹”的設(shè)計(jì)思路。 本系統(tǒng)綜合運(yùn)用了數(shù)據(jù)綁定、動(dòng)態(tài)鏈接庫、ADO技術(shù)等多種技術(shù),充分發(fā)揮了Visual Studio2010、SQL Server2008等軟件的優(yōu)點(diǎn),開發(fā)出了集合項(xiàng)目分解、項(xiàng)目協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)、項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃、統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表和圖紙及實(shí)時(shí)更新于一體的基于工作流協(xié)同的水處理項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:There are more and more water treatment projects now. The management of water treatment project is still in a state of confusion. Now IT technology is developing exponentially. It is necessary to set up a water treatment project management system using computer technology and network technology. Reason is communication between people and between people and projects, Therefore, the project management system can be implemented on the computer by using workflow collaboration technology. The project participants can work together to complete the project through computer collaboration. This paper mainly studies the following aspects:. First, based on the basic theory of project management and collaborative design, the function modules of project decomposition, project real-time management and office automation are established based on the function of water treatment project management system. Combined with the functional characteristics of the system, the design of the project cycle of the use of the flow. Secondly, according to the characteristics of project management, the time, cost and quality of key elements in project management are deeply studied and analyzed, the calculation method in the system is realized, and the case is analyzed and simulated. Thirdly, according to the requirement of workflow, a workflow engine based on .net platform is designed, seven modules to realize workflow function and a database to support the normal operation of workflow are designed. In 4th, in the aspect of collaborative design, this paper analyzes the technology of collaborative design, focuses on the design of collaborative design version management, puts forward the design idea, makes use of the management mode of assigning authority, and puts forward the design idea of "privilege tree". In this system, data binding, dynamic link library (DHL) and other technologies are used synthetically, and the advantages of Visual Studio 2010 / SQL Server2008 are brought into full play, and the aggregate project decomposition, project collaborative design and project planning are developed. A water treatment project management system based on workflow collaboration is integrated with statistical report, drawing and real-time update.
