蕭山機場飛行區(qū)地基工程施工組織設計編制及優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:近年來,為了使航空運輸網更加完善,國家大力開展機場的基礎設施建設。在機場工程施工項目管理中迫切需要規(guī)范項目管理的方法和手段,編制適宜的施工組織設計方案。因此,一方面需要開展如何保證工程施工質量、加快工程施工進度、節(jié)約工程施工成本的研究,另一方面需要明確施工組織設計優(yōu)化的理論和方法,在工程實踐中挖掘理論,在理論基礎上進一步指導實踐,逐步形成針對不同施工背景和條件下的施工組織優(yōu)化設計理論和方案。但是現階段針對機場工程項目的施工組織設計優(yōu)化的研究較少,缺少配套的可以直接指導施工組織設計方案優(yōu)化的理論和相關技術研究成果。本文以蕭山機場飛行區(qū)二期擴建工程地基處理和土石方工程二標段為工程背景,研究了針對機場飛行區(qū)地基處理工程的施工組織設計及優(yōu)化方法,主要取得了以下研究結論: (1)分析了施工組織設計在工程施工中發(fā)揮的重要作用和對施工項目成本、進度、質量的影響。探究了施工組織設計相關理論和優(yōu)化方法,提出施工組織三要素“成本、質量、工期”的控制方法。首先,通過價值工程理論研究了施工組織設計中對施工成本進行控制和優(yōu)化的方法,提出了價值指數的概念以及通過價值指數來評價施工方案優(yōu)劣的方法;其次,將網絡計劃技術運用的施工工期的控制和優(yōu)化中,將模糊層析分析法運用于施工方案的優(yōu)選中,選擇合理的施工工期控制方法和施工方案;最后,基于成本、工期和質量控制方法提出了多目標的施工方案綜合優(yōu)選的理論和方法,使得施工組織設計方案能夠使得工期——費用——質量得到均衡控制和優(yōu)化。研究成果將為實際工程中施工組織設計的優(yōu)化提供理論依據。 (2)以杭州蕭山國際機場二期擴建工程飛行區(qū)地基工程施工為實際工程背景,結合施工組織設計的理論和方法,對機場飛行區(qū)地基工程施工組織優(yōu)化設計進行了研究。提出了施工總體部署、施工現場平面布置、施工進度控制和施工質量控制的一系列措施。分析了施工現場平面布置應考慮的因素和原則,對機場飛行區(qū)地基處理和土方工程二標段做出了適宜的施工平面布置方案;運用施工進度控制方法對機場飛行區(qū)地基處理和土方工程二標段的施工進度計劃進行合理規(guī)劃,提出了施工進度計劃橫道圖;結合實際工點的施工特殊性,提出了保證施工質量的控制措施。 (3)針對地基處理和土方工程,從施工方法和施工技術的層面提出了實施方案。對土方工程施工技術、溝河塘處理工程施工技術、強夯法地基處理施工技術、以及填實碾壓工程施工技術展開了研究,提出了運用模糊層次分析法進行施工方案比選的操作過程。對各專項工程的施工工序、各工序的施工方法以及每一種施工方法的質量控制措施展開了論述。研究成果不僅可以詳細指導蕭山機場飛行區(qū)地基處理和土方工程二標段工程施工,還可以為類似工程施工提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in order to make the air transport network is more perfect, the state vigorously carry out the infrastructure construction of the airport. The urgent need to standardize the project management methods and means in the airport construction project management, construction organization design develop. Therefore, one needs to carry out how to ensure the construction quality, speed up the construction progress, save research the project construction cost, on the other hand to the theory and method of optimization design of construction organization, mining theory in engineering practice, further guide the practice in the theoretical basis, gradually formed on the construction organization design theory and construction schemes of different backgrounds and conditions. But at the present stage of the construction organization design for airport engineering project the research is less, the lack of supporting research results can directly guide the construction organization design scheme optimization theory and related technologies. Based on the two section of ground treatment and earth rock engineering of the two expansion project of Xiaoshan airport, the paper studies the construction organization design and optimization method for the ground treatment engineering of the airport area. The following conclusions are drawn:
(1) to analyze the important role of the construction organization design play in engineering construction and the construction project cost, schedule, quality. To explore the construction organization design theory and optimization method, put forward the construction organization of three elements of "cost, quality, schedule control method". Firstly, through the theory of value engineering method is studied. The control and optimization of the construction cost in the construction organization design, put forward the concept of value index and value index to evaluate the method through the construction scheme; secondly, the control and optimization of construction network planning technique used in the fuzzy AHP analysis method is used to optimize the construction scheme, construction period control selection the method and the reasonable construction scheme; finally, based on the cost, time and quality control method is put forward the theory and method of comprehensive optimization of construction scheme of multi targets, making application The organization design plan can make the time cost quality balanced and optimized. The research results will provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of construction organization design in actual engineering.
(2) to the foundation engineering flight zone two Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport expansion project construction for the actual engineering background, combined with the theory and method of construction organization design, optimization of construction organization design of foundation engineering in flight were studied. Put forward the overall plan of construction, construction site layout, construction progress control and quality control in the construction of a series of measures analyzes the factors and principles that should be considered in construction site layout, make the construction layout scheme suitable for airfield ground treatment and earthwork project bid two; use the construction schedule control method of construction schedule of airfield ground treatment and earthwork project two tenders for rational planning, put forward the construction progress schedule road map; combined with the construction of special practical site, put forward the control measures to ensure construction quality.
(3) for ground treatment and earthwork, the proposed implementation plan from the construction method and construction technology level. The construction technology of the earthwork ditch pond treatment construction technology, dynamicconsolidation construction technology, and construction technology of roller compacted fill is studied, proposed using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process than operation the process of construction scheme. The construction process of the project, the construction method of each process and the quality of each kind of construction method and control measures were discussed. The research results can not only guide the detailed flight area of Xiaoshan airport foundation and earthwork two section of engineering construction, can also provide reference for the similar engineering construction.
