【摘要】：在生產(chǎn)預(yù)算資金短缺的情形下,對再制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)決策和融資決策進(jìn)行了綜合研究。首先,分析了再制造企業(yè)無資金約束時(shí)的制造/再制造生產(chǎn)決策,另外用非線性規(guī)劃中的Kuhn-Tucker條件分析了存在資金約束但不選擇融資時(shí)的生產(chǎn)決策,通過對比,探討了自有資金量對再制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)決策的影響,并得出了不同資金短缺程度下的生產(chǎn)決策;其次,分析了再制造企業(yè)存在資金約束,選擇融資時(shí)的生產(chǎn)決策和融資決策,研究表明:在生產(chǎn)預(yù)算資金短缺的情形下,再制造企業(yè)是否選擇融資,取決于融資年利率的大小,并且融資后兩種產(chǎn)品的最優(yōu)生產(chǎn)量與自有資金無關(guān),只與融資年利率的大小有關(guān);最后,通過數(shù)值分析對研究結(jié)論進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證和說明。
[Abstract]:Under the circumstance of shortage of production budget and capital, the production decision and financing decision of remanufacturing enterprise are studied. Firstly, the manufacturing / remanufacturing decision without capital constraint is analyzed. In addition, the Kuhn-Tucker condition in nonlinear programming is used to analyze the production decision when there are capital constraints but no financing is chosen. By comparison, the influence of the amount of the own capital on the production decision of the remanufacturing enterprise is discussed. Secondly, the paper analyzes the production decision and financing decision when the remanufacturing enterprise has capital constraints, and the research shows that: in the case of production budget shortage, the production decision and financing decision of the remanufacturing enterprise are analyzed. The results show that: the production budget is short of funds, and the production budget is short of funds. Whether the remanufacturing enterprise chooses to finance depends on the size of the annual interest rate on financing, and the optimal production of the two products after financing is independent of the own capital, but only related to the size of the annual interest rate of the financing; finally, The conclusion is verified and explained by numerical analysis.
