電能計(jì)量裝置管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:電能計(jì)量是電力企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理及電網(wǎng)安全運(yùn)行的重要環(huán)節(jié),是國(guó)家強(qiáng)制管理的一項(xiàng)重要工作。電能計(jì)量工作水平及效率的高低,既關(guān)系到電力工業(yè)的發(fā)展和電力企業(yè)的形象,又與電能貿(mào)易結(jié)算的公平和準(zhǔn)確性息息相關(guān)。因此電能計(jì)量工作關(guān)乎到供電企業(yè)、電力用戶和老百姓的切身利益。電能計(jì)量裝置作為計(jì)量電能的工具,承擔(dān)著保障企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)收入和提升客戶滿意度的重要職責(zé)。所以,對(duì)電能計(jì)量裝置進(jìn)行良好的管理,是影響電能計(jì)量工作取得實(shí)效的關(guān)鍵。本文根據(jù)作者自身工作實(shí)際,結(jié)合所在地市的供電企業(yè)電能計(jì)量工作的調(diào)研情況,基于國(guó)內(nèi)外電能計(jì)量裝置管理系統(tǒng)相關(guān)研究成果,從有效提升電能計(jì)量工作的水平與效率出發(fā),通過優(yōu)化電能計(jì)量管理工作的流程,打破了過去存在于電能計(jì)量工作各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)間的應(yīng)用壁壘,實(shí)現(xiàn)了業(yè)務(wù)功能全面的整合,將業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)、應(yīng)用需求全面融合。通過解決各業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)間數(shù)據(jù)交互不暢、數(shù)據(jù)格式不統(tǒng)一的問題,對(duì)電能計(jì)量裝置的管理實(shí)現(xiàn)了規(guī)范化、統(tǒng)一化、全面化。文中深入分析了電能計(jì)量相關(guān)理論知識(shí)和信息技術(shù),如全過程生命周期技術(shù)、基于角色的訪問控制技術(shù)、MVC模式、J2EE標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和SSH框架技術(shù)。通過對(duì)電能計(jì)量裝置管理的分析得出業(yè)務(wù)流程、系統(tǒng)功能性需求和非功能性需求,根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求設(shè)計(jì)電能計(jì)量裝置管理系統(tǒng)的功能模塊劃分和核心模塊數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。最后,選取sotower開發(fā)平臺(tái)對(duì)電能計(jì)量裝置管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的編碼實(shí)現(xiàn)。因此,本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),進(jìn)一步提升了電能計(jì)量管理工作的系統(tǒng)化和信息化程度,優(yōu)化和簡(jiǎn)化了電能計(jì)量裝置管理工作的傳統(tǒng)方式,具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Electric energy measurement is an important link in the production and management of electric power enterprises and the safe operation of power grid, and it is also an important task of the compulsory management of the state. It is not only related to the development of power industry and the image of electric power enterprises, but also closely related to the fairness and accuracy of electricity trade settlement. Electric energy metering device, as a tool for measuring electric energy, bears the important responsibility of protecting the enterprise's operating income and enhancing the customer's satisfaction. Therefore, the electric energy metering device is well managed. According to the author's own work reality, combined with the investigation of electric energy measurement work in the power supply enterprises in the city, based on the domestic and foreign energy metering device management system related research results, In order to improve the level and efficiency of electric energy metering work effectively, through optimizing the flow of power metering management, it breaks the application barriers that existed in every link of electric energy metering work in the past, and realizes the comprehensive integration of business functions. The management of electric energy metering device has been standardized and unified by solving the problems of poor data exchange and inconsistent data format among various business links. In this paper, the related theories and information technology of electric energy measurement, such as the whole process life cycle technology, are analyzed in depth. The role-based access control technology is based on the J2EE standard and SSH framework technology. Through the analysis of the power metering device management, the business process, the system functional requirements and the non-functional requirements are obtained. According to the business demand, the function module partition and the core module database of the electric energy metering device management system are designed. Finally, the sotower development platform is selected to code the power metering device management system in detail. The design and implementation of this system further enhance the systematization and information level of electric energy metering management, optimize and simplify the traditional mode of management of electric energy metering device, and have very important practical significance.
