【摘要】：文章以企業(yè)實(shí)施環(huán)境戰(zhàn)略的程度作為環(huán)境績效的替代變量,選取重污染行業(yè)中化工類上市公司2010—2014年的數(shù)據(jù),在全樣本和分組樣本下檢驗(yàn)了產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)、公司治理與環(huán)境績效的關(guān)系。實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示:產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)與環(huán)境績效顯著正相關(guān),即國有企業(yè)對提高環(huán)境績效具有積極作用;機(jī)構(gòu)投資者持股比例與環(huán)境績效顯著正相關(guān),且這種關(guān)系在國有企業(yè)更為明顯,在民營企業(yè)中的影響較小;股權(quán)集中度與環(huán)境績效的關(guān)系在全樣本下不顯著,但按照產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)分樣本后,表現(xiàn)出明顯的相關(guān)關(guān)系,即高度集中的股權(quán)能夠提高國有企業(yè)的環(huán)境績效,而適度分散的股權(quán)可以改善民營企業(yè)的環(huán)境績效;不論在國有企業(yè)還是民營企業(yè)中,董事會(huì)規(guī)模對環(huán)境績效都具有正向影響,而獨(dú)立董事比例對環(huán)境績效的影響均不顯著;董事長與總經(jīng)理兩職合一與環(huán)境績效在國有企業(yè)中顯著正相關(guān),但在民營企業(yè)中表現(xiàn)不明顯。該研究為改善國有企業(yè)和民營企業(yè)的環(huán)境績效提供了相關(guān)的理論和實(shí)證依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Taking the degree of implementation of environmental strategy as the substitute variable of environmental performance, the paper selects the data of chemical listed companies in heavy pollution industry from 2010 to 2014, and tests the property right nature under the whole sample and grouping sample. The empirical results show that the nature of property rights is positively correlated with environmental performance, that is, state-owned enterprises play a positive role in improving environmental performance, and the proportion of institutional investors holding shares is significantly positively correlated with environmental performance. The relationship between ownership concentration and environmental performance is not significant in the whole sample, but according to the property nature of the sample, there is a significant correlation between ownership concentration and environmental performance. That is, highly concentrated equity can improve the environmental performance of state-owned enterprises, while moderately dispersed equity can improve the environmental performance of private enterprises; whether in state-owned enterprises or private enterprises, the size of the board of directors has a positive impact on environmental performance. However, the proportion of independent directors has no significant impact on environmental performance, and the integration of chairman and general manager is significantly positively correlated with environmental performance in state-owned enterprises. However, it is not obvious in private enterprises. This study provides relevant theoretical and empirical basis for improving the environmental performance of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.
