【摘要】：自中國加入WTO，經(jīng)濟全球化和科技繁榮發(fā)展的時代也正式來到，知識產(chǎn)權(quán)也成為各個企業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要工具，尤其是對于逐漸追求國際化發(fā)展的高科技創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)。高科技企業(yè)作為知識密集和技術(shù)密集型的企業(yè)，對我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起到重要作用。企業(yè)在創(chuàng)新過程中強烈地依賴于知識，從知識中獲利是高科技企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的一個重要部分。而由于一些原因，知識產(chǎn)權(quán)在我國并未得到足夠的重視，這嚴重影響了我國企業(yè)在國際市場競爭中的地位，我國企業(yè)在國際市場不斷受到打壓。因此，建立合理有效的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理體系才是使一個公司在競爭中立于不敗之地的重要法寶，而如何才能建立一個合理、有效的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理體系已成為各界關(guān)注的焦點問題。 本文通過分析高科技企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理現(xiàn)狀，并學習國外一些先進的管理方法，，建立起一個合適的管理評價體系。采用模糊層次綜合評價法，并運用大量數(shù)據(jù)、圖表和圖形通過定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法判斷高科技企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理水平，以期能引起企業(yè)對知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理的重視，提高企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢。本文的研究可以分為以下幾部分： 首先，文章對國內(nèi)外知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理現(xiàn)狀進行了研究。其次，針對我國高科技企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合國外優(yōu)秀的管理體系，提出合適的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理模型。最后，本文進行的是知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理評價的實證研究，通過大量數(shù)據(jù)對四個高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的分析和比較，選取高科技企業(yè)中醫(yī)藥行業(yè)這一特殊行業(yè)，并結(jié)合醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的特殊性及其高技術(shù)、高投入、高產(chǎn)出高風險、周期長等特點，從知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理基礎(chǔ)工作、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)研發(fā)與運用、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)經(jīng)營四個方面，建立醫(yī)藥行業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理指標評價體系，選取特例，根據(jù)構(gòu)建的指標評價體系進行分析，并對他們的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理狀況提出建議，希望能對我國醫(yī)藥行業(yè)提供一些參考價值。
[Abstract]:Since China's entry into WTO, the era of economic globalization and scientific and technological prosperity has also come, intellectual property rights have become an important tool for the economic development of various enterprises, especially for high-tech innovative enterprises that have gradually pursued international development. High-tech enterprises, as knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive enterprises, play an important role in the economic development of our country. Enterprises rely strongly on knowledge in the process of innovation, and profiting from knowledge is an important part of innovation of high-tech enterprises. However, due to some reasons, intellectual property has not been paid enough attention to in China, which seriously affects the position of Chinese enterprises in the international market competition, and our enterprises are constantly suppressed in the international market. Therefore, the establishment of a reasonable and effective intellectual property management system is an important magic weapon to make a company in an invincible position in the competition, and how to establish a reasonable and effective intellectual property management system has become the focus of attention. By analyzing the current situation of intellectual property management in high-tech enterprises and learning some advanced management methods from abroad, a suitable management evaluation system is established in this paper. In this paper, the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method is used to judge the intellectual property management level of high-tech enterprises through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, and a large amount of data, charts and graphs are used to judge the level of intellectual property management in high-tech enterprises, in order to arouse the attention of enterprises to intellectual property management. Improve the competitive advantage of enterprises. The research of this paper can be divided into the following parts: firstly, this paper studies the current situation of intellectual property management at home and abroad. Secondly, according to the current situation of intellectual property management of high-tech enterprises in our country, combined with foreign excellent management system, the appropriate intellectual property management model is put forward. Finally, this article is the intellectual property management evaluation of empirical research, through a large number of data to analyze and compare the four high-tech industries, select high-tech enterprises in the traditional Chinese medicine industry this special industry, Combined with the particularity of the pharmaceutical industry and its characteristics of high technology, high input, high output, high risk, long period, etc., from four aspects: the basic work of intellectual property management, the research and development and application of intellectual property, the protection of intellectual property, and the management of intellectual property. This paper establishes the evaluation system of intellectual property management of pharmaceutical industry, selects special cases, analyzes the evaluation system according to the index system, and puts forward some suggestions on their intellectual property management, hoping to provide some reference value for the pharmaceutical industry in our country.
