【摘要】：近年來，我國的服務(wù)外包行業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛，雖然起步較晚，但發(fā)展速度快，規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大，領(lǐng)域逐步拓寬。江西服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)盡管起步較晚，但保持高速增長，從服務(wù)內(nèi)容來看，軟件及信息服務(wù)即信息技術(shù)服務(wù)（ITO）相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位。九江市的服務(wù)外包也已經(jīng)開始起步，作為江西省服務(wù)外包示范基地，建立九江服務(wù)外包公共服務(wù)平臺是產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的需要。 論文的主要工作包括三個方面。首先，本論文通過采用文獻(xiàn)研究和實(shí)地調(diào)研的分析方法，結(jié)合本地服務(wù)外包的具體實(shí)際情況，，查閱最新文獻(xiàn)和資料確定平臺的需求。其次，確定平臺開發(fā)的技術(shù)及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)解決的辦法，臺平采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的三層B/S結(jié)構(gòu)，引入了MVC的設(shè)計(jì)模式，以Asp.net（C#）為主要開發(fā)工具，引入了PKI技術(shù)，解決電子簽約及安全問題，使用MS SQL Server2005數(shù)據(jù)庫，按照所提出的解決方案和相關(guān)策略，實(shí)現(xiàn)了平臺的主要功能。最后，論文通過對平臺進(jìn)行全方位的測試，指出平臺中存在的不足之處，并對平臺的最終結(jié)果進(jìn)行了客觀評估和展望。 論文內(nèi)容涉及平臺開發(fā)的主要過程，包括需求分析，詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)，數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)，系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)和平臺的測試。包括了六大功能模塊，主要是產(chǎn)業(yè)資訊、項(xiàng)目對接、人才對接、支撐平臺、資質(zhì)認(rèn)證、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)等方面的服務(wù)。系統(tǒng)完成后經(jīng)過測試和試用，達(dá)到了最初的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)和要求，實(shí)現(xiàn)了項(xiàng)目對接、人才對接和信息整合，為發(fā)包方企業(yè)與接包方企業(yè)建立了橋梁。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行安全、高效，界面美觀、操作簡單，系統(tǒng)功能易修改、易擴(kuò)充。本平臺的實(shí)施與運(yùn)營，為九江發(fā)展服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)做出了積極的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's service outsourcing industry has developed rapidly, although the start is late, but the speed of development, the scale continues to expand, gradually broaden the field. Although Jiangxi service outsourcing industry started relatively late, it maintained a rapid growth. In terms of service content, software and information services, that is, information technology services (ITO), occupy a dominant position. As a demonstration base of service outsourcing in Jiangxi Province, it is necessary to establish a public service platform for service outsourcing in Jiujiang City. The main work of this paper includes three aspects. First of all, this paper uses the analysis method of literature research and field research, combined with the actual situation of local service outsourcing, to consult the latest literature and data to determine the needs of the platform. Secondly, the technology of platform development and the solution of key technology are determined. Taiping adopts the standard three-tier B / S structure, introduces the design pattern of MVC, takes Asp.net (C #) as the main development tool, and introduces the technology of PKI to solve the problems of electronic signing and security. By using MS SQL Server 2005 database, the main functions of the platform are realized according to the proposed solutions and related strategies. Finally, the paper points out the shortcomings of the platform by testing the platform in all directions, and makes an objective evaluation and prospect of the final results of the platform. The content of this paper involves the main process of platform development, including requirement analysis, detailed design, database design, system implementation and platform testing. Including six functional modules, mainly industrial information, project docking, talent docking, support platform, qualification certification, intellectual property services. After the system was tested and tested, the initial design objectives and requirements were achieved, and the project docking, talent docking and information integration were realized, which established a bridge between the contract issuing enterprise and the contracting party enterprise. The system runs safely, efficiently, the interface is beautiful, the operation is simple, the system function is easy to modify, easy to expand. The implementation and operation of this platform has made a positive contribution to Jiujiang development service outsourcing industry.
