【摘要】：正4月23日上午,2016年知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)南湖論壇國(guó)際研討會(huì)在北京舉行。來(lái)自最高人民法院、國(guó)家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局以及德國(guó)、英國(guó)、美國(guó)、澳大利亞、印度、日本、韓國(guó)等國(guó)內(nèi)外知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)領(lǐng)域的專家、學(xué)者、實(shí)務(wù)人員等700余人齊聚首都,共商知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)與強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)。本次論壇由中南財(cái)經(jīng)政法大學(xué)、最高人民法院知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)司法保護(hù)研究中心、中國(guó)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法學(xué)研究會(huì)主辦,中南財(cái)經(jīng)政法大學(xué)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)研究中心、騰訊公司、中關(guān)村知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略研究院等單位承辦。
[Abstract]:On the morning of April 23 th, the 2016 International Symposium on intellectual property Rights of the South Lake Forum was held in Beijing. More than 700 people from the Supreme people's Court, the State intellectual property Office, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, India, Japan, South Korea, and other domestic and foreign intellectual property experts, scholars, practitioners, etc. gathered in the capital. To discuss the protection of intellectual property rights and the construction of powerful countries. The forum was sponsored by the Central South University of Finance, Economics and Law, the Supreme people's Court intellectual property legal Protection Research Center, the China intellectual property Law Research Association, the intellectual property Research Center of Zhongnan University of Finance and Economics and Law, Tencent Corporation, Zhongguancun intellectual property Strategic Research Institute and other units undertake.
