【摘要】：[目的/意義]專利技術(shù)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化應是專利申請的終極目標,本研究將產(chǎn)業(yè)專利偏好與專利技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化與兩個概念進行重新界定和關(guān)聯(lián),量化評價了中國技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化成果中專利的屬性特征。[過程/方法]選取中國5年的"國家科技進步獎"作為技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化成果的研究樣本,挖掘出包含在技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化成果中的8 270件有效專利,分析歸納了中國不同領域技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化成果對專利的偏好程度,并基于改進的三螺旋理論對技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的主體合作關(guān)系進行測量。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]揭示了中國技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化成果的專利分布情況的產(chǎn)業(yè)差異性和主體合作特征,發(fā)現(xiàn)新興技術(shù)領域產(chǎn)業(yè)化成果的專利偏好不高,提出我國技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的政策性激勵應加強對成果知識產(chǎn)權(quán)評議,降低技術(shù)實施后的潛在知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風險,引導新興專利技術(shù)的轉(zhuǎn)化實施。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] the industrialization of patent technology should be the ultimate goal of patent application. This study redefines and correlates the industrial patent preference and the industrialization of patent technology with two concepts. This paper quantitatively evaluates the attribute characteristics of patents in the achievements of Chinese technology industrialization. [process / method] the National Science and Technology Progress Award, which is held in China for 5 years, is selected as the research sample of the achievements of technology industrialization, and the 8,270 valid patents included in the achievements of technology industrialization are excavated. This paper analyzes and sums up the degree of patent preference in different fields of technology industrialization in China, and measures the main cooperative relationship of technology industrialization based on the improved triple helix theory. [results / conclusion] this paper reveals the industrial differences and main cooperation characteristics of the patent distribution of the technological industrialization achievements in China, and finds that the patent preference of the industrialization achievements in the emerging technology field is not high. It is pointed out that the policy incentives for the industrialization of technology in China should strengthen the evaluation of the intellectual property rights of achievements, reduce the potential risks of intellectual property rights after the implementation of technology, and guide the transformation and implementation of emerging patent technologies.
