【摘要】：賣方的權利擔保義務是國際貨物買賣合同的賣方交付貨物義務中的一項重要義務,它直接關系到買方的切身利益。結合《聯(lián)合國國際貨物買賣合同公約》,我國《物權法》《擔保法》《知識產(chǎn)權法》等相關法律的規(guī)定,運用案例分析法剖析了賣方權利擔保義務的三項內(nèi)容以及由此給買賣雙方帶來的啟示。
[Abstract]:The seller's right guarantee obligation is one of the important obligations in the seller's obligation to deliver the goods in the international contract for the sale of goods, which is directly related to the buyer's vital interests. In combination with the United Nations Convention on contracts for the International Sale of goods, the relevant laws of our country, such as the property Law, the guarantee Law, the intellectual property Law, and so on, This paper analyzes the three contents of the seller's rights and obligations by case analysis and the inspiration to the buyer and seller.
