【摘要】：食品安全事關(guān)公眾的生命健康乃至國(guó)家的和諧、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。食品安全責(zé)任強(qiáng)制保險(xiǎn)在防范食品安全問(wèn)題、分擔(dān)企業(yè)食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、減輕國(guó)家食品安全賠償損失和充分保護(hù)消費(fèi)者權(quán)益等方面具有重要意義�；谖覈�(guó)目前保險(xiǎn)業(yè)法律制度基礎(chǔ)、社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)及實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ),借鑒國(guó)外食品安全保險(xiǎn)制度經(jīng)驗(yàn),探討我國(guó)食品安全責(zé)任強(qiáng)制保險(xiǎn)可行性,推進(jìn)食品安全責(zé)任強(qiáng)制保險(xiǎn)制度構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:Food safety is related to public health and national harmony, stability and development. The compulsory liability insurance of food safety in the prevention of food safety problems, sharing the risk of food safety, reduce national food safety damages and full protection of the interests of consumers and other aspects has important significance. China's current legal system of insurance industry based on the social foundation and practice based on foreign food safety insurance system experience, explore the food safety of China's compulsory liability insurance feasibility, promote the construction of compulsory liability insurance of food safety.
