[Abstract]:For the whole of 2016, the Media Law and Policy Research Center of the Media University of China has collected 925 relevant cases of media law. After outlining the relevant media guidelines and basic legal provisions issued this year, Comments are made on the reform of the media system and administrative supervision, Internet governance, information disclosure, copyright protection, and the protection of personality rights. In February, General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the party's forum on news and public opinion that the party's press and public opinion work should be carried out.
