【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,技術(shù)勒索也呈現(xiàn)爆發(fā)趨勢,并已形成完整的犯罪產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。當(dāng)前立法對技術(shù)勒索已有完整的規(guī)制體系,但是實踐中卻幾乎沒有相應(yīng)的執(zhí)法案例,充分暴露了實務(wù)界對技術(shù)勒索危害的認識不足。對此,應(yīng)當(dāng)從技術(shù)、執(zhí)法、管理、宣傳教育等多層面入手,實施針對技術(shù)勒索的打防管控一體化策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network technology, technology extortion also presents an explosive trend, and has formed a complete criminal industry chain. The current legislation has a complete regulatory system for technical extortion, but in practice there are almost no corresponding cases of law enforcement, which fully exposed the lack of understanding of the harm of technical extortion in practical circles. In view of this, we should start with technology, law enforcement, management, propaganda and education, and implement the strategy of integrated control and control against technical extortion.
