【摘要】：正隨著社會的進(jìn)步,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的飛速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)上信息實現(xiàn)自由傳播,一定程度上推進(jìn)了社會的政治民主、經(jīng)濟進(jìn)步、文化繁榮,但同時也導(dǎo)致各種不良信息的肆虐,出現(xiàn)了嚴(yán)重的網(wǎng)絡(luò)誹謗問題,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)來報仇泄憤、詆毀他人的現(xiàn)象頻頻發(fā)生,這不僅損害了公民的合法權(quán)益,甚至有的還嚴(yán)重?fù)p害國家形象與社會穩(wěn)定。網(wǎng)絡(luò)誹謗類案件已引起黨和政府的高度重視,打擊網(wǎng)絡(luò)誹謗犯罪的相關(guān)立法也逐步得以完善。
[Abstract]:With the progress of the society and the rapid development of the Internet, the free dissemination of information on the Internet has to a certain extent promoted the political democracy, economic progress and cultural prosperity of the society, but at the same time it has also led to the raging of all kinds of bad information. There are serious problems of Internet libel, revenge and indignation through the network, the phenomenon of denigration of others frequently occurs, which not only damages the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, but also seriously damages the image of the country and social stability. The online libel cases have attracted great attention of the Party and the government, and the relevant legislation to combat the crime of Internet libel has been gradually perfected.
