【摘要】：恐怖主義犯罪從20世紀80年代開始在新疆一直存在,但在"7·5事件"后呈現(xiàn)出了新的特征和發(fā)展趨勢,本文通過對"7·5事件"前后2008-2015年8年間發(fā)生的涉疆恐怖犯罪案件1進行實證分析,歸納出其特征和發(fā)生規(guī)律,預測其發(fā)展趨勢,涉疆恐怖犯罪發(fā)生的原因有境外恐怖組織的指揮、宗教極端思想和分裂勢力對新疆的滲透;根據(jù)恐怖犯罪發(fā)生的原因提出針對性的防控策略,首先,大力發(fā)展和提升新疆的經濟水平,嚴厲打擊恐怖主義尤其是網絡恐怖主義,深入開展打擊"三股勢力"的活動,反恐必須依靠群眾。
[Abstract]:The crime of terrorism has existed in Xinjiang since the 1980s, but after the "7 / 5 incident", it has shown new characteristics and development trend. Based on the empirical analysis of the cases of terrorist crimes involving Xinjiang between 2008 and 2015 before and after the "7 5 incident", this paper sums up its characteristics and rules of occurrence, predicts its development trend, and the reasons for the occurrence of terrorist crimes in Xinjiang are the command of foreign terrorist organizations. The infiltration of religious extremist ideas and separatist forces into Xinjiang; according to the reasons for the occurrence of terrorist crimes, we put forward targeted prevention and control strategies. First, we should vigorously develop and enhance the economic level of Xinjiang, and crack down on terrorism, especially cyberterrorism. To carry out the activities of cracking down on the "three forces" in depth, we must rely on the masses to fight terrorism.
