【摘要】：特殊形態(tài)的冰毒主要是指含有甲基苯丙胺化學(xué)原料的毒品,它具有較為強烈的成癮性特征,對吸食者的身體會產(chǎn)生一定的危害。正常形態(tài)的冰毒和我們在影視劇作品中常見的鴉片、海洛因和大麻等毒品一樣都是純粹固態(tài)的。但是,特殊形態(tài)的冰毒卻有多種形態(tài),既有液態(tài)冰毒,也有固液混合狀冰毒,甚至近年來出現(xiàn)了一些隱蔽性強的潮濕狀病毒體。犯罪分子使用多種技術(shù)對冰毒進行處理,在特殊狀態(tài)下給公安機關(guān)緝拿罪犯和檢察機關(guān)量刑定罪也帶來一定的困難。
[Abstract]:The special form of methamphetamine mainly refers to the drug containing methamphetamine chemical raw materials, it has a relatively strong characteristics of addiction, which will cause certain harm to the body of users. The normal form of meth is as solid as the opium, heroin and marijuana drugs that we see in movies and TV dramas. However, there are many kinds of meth in special form, including liquid methamphetamine and solid-liquid mixed methamphetamine, and even some moist virus bodies with strong concealment have appeared in recent years. Criminals use a variety of techniques to deal with methamphetamine, in a special situation for the public security organs to arrest criminals and procuratorial organs sentencing conviction also brings some difficulties.
