【摘要】：正 時(shí)下中國(guó),大陸“那頭”臺(tái)獨(dú)聲不斷、公投論不息,以致兩岸關(guān)系緊張,幾至動(dòng)武。然而,法學(xué)界各種各樣的溝通與交流卻始終悄然進(jìn)行沒(méi)有中斷過(guò)。法律出版社“九五”規(guī)劃教材民商法系列,已使得王澤鑒等一批臺(tái)灣學(xué)人的名字與作品,日漸為大陸研習(xí)私法者所熟知。相形之下,公法領(lǐng)域除翁岳生編的《行政法》(2000年)由中國(guó)法制出版社印行外,僅有陳新
[Abstract]:At present in China, the mainland's "side" of Taiwan independence is incessant, the plebiscite is endless, resulting in cross-strait relations tense, or use of force. However, all kinds of communication and communication in the field of law have never been interrupted. The civil and commercial law series of the Ninth Five-Year Plan of Law Publishing House has made the names and works of a group of Taiwanese scholars, such as Wang Zejian, more and more familiar to mainland scholars studying private law.
