【摘要】:伴隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的提高和網(wǎng)絡(luò)科技的發(fā)展,網(wǎng)游產(chǎn)業(yè)越來(lái)越被更多的消費(fèi)者所歡迎,其市場(chǎng)前景和經(jīng)濟(jì)利潤(rùn)將都是不可小覷的,也就是在這種大環(huán)境下,網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)侵權(quán)的案件也大量涌現(xiàn),基于此,對(duì)于加大網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護(hù)力度也就尤為重要,也更加迫切。本文中主要從網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲概述、侵權(quán)的表現(xiàn)形式以及提出的解決建議三個(gè)方向出發(fā),初步的對(duì)該類問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了解析。
