【摘要】：公有領(lǐng)域的價(jià)值是既鼓勵作者創(chuàng)作出更多新的作品,又能使更多的人能夠利用前人的智慧創(chuàng)造出更加有價(jià)值的作品,促進(jìn)知識的傳播和發(fā)展。本文詳細(xì)闡述了中文圖書甄別是否進(jìn)入公有領(lǐng)域的必要性,通過確定正式出版物、權(quán)利人、個(gè)人生卒年和作品發(fā)表年、著作方式的內(nèi)涵等方法對中文圖書進(jìn)入公有領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行甄別。
[Abstract]:The value of the public domain is not only to encourage authors to create more new works, but also to enable more people to use the wisdom of their predecessors to create more valuable works. To promote the dissemination and development of knowledge. This paper elaborates the necessity of identifying Chinese books to enter the public domain by determining the official publication, the right holder, the year of birth and death of the individual and the year of publication of the work. The connotation of the works and other methods to identify the entry of Chinese books into the public domain.
