【摘要】：正媒體鼓勵員工創(chuàng)業(yè),一般基于以下三點(diǎn)考量:一是緩解財務(wù)壓力;二是培養(yǎng)復(fù)合型人才;三是培育新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn)。媒體應(yīng)立足自身實際,根據(jù)現(xiàn)實情況分類施策,算明白經(jīng)濟(jì)賬、人才賬和效益賬。一是用"減法",緩解財務(wù)壓力。鼓勵員工創(chuàng)業(yè),變相地緩解人力成本和財務(wù)壓力,從短時間而言,能取得明顯成效。但是否一定選擇這一政策,應(yīng)算明白賬:利用勞動法的條款來分流人員所需成本與鼓勵員工創(chuàng)業(yè)所需成
[Abstract]:Positive media to encourage employees to start a business, generally based on the following three considerations: first, ease the financial pressure; second, train compound talent; third, cultivate new economic growth point. Media should be based on their own reality, according to the actual situation classification strategy, to understand the economic account, talent account and benefit account. First, the use of "subtraction" to ease the financial pressure. Encouraging employees to start their own businesses in a disguised way to ease labor costs and financial pressures can produce tangible results in the short term. But whether or not this policy must be chosen should be accounted for: the use of labour law provisions to divert staff costs and encourage employees to start a business
