【摘要】：改革開放之后,隨著時代進步,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展迅猛,92年首次提出發(fā)展社會主義市場經(jīng)濟,市場經(jīng)濟就是兼具計劃與市場兩種方式,對資源進行合理配置,市場經(jīng)濟體系則是一個更加宏觀的概念,包含了社會主義市場經(jīng)濟運行過程中所發(fā)生的以宏觀調(diào)控關(guān)系為首的多種關(guān)系,經(jīng)濟法在此體系中作用甚大。經(jīng)濟法,究其根本,就是國家基于國家整體利益,進行干預、管理、調(diào)節(jié)的法律規(guī)范。在這個具有中國特色的市場經(jīng)濟體系建設(shè)中,經(jīng)濟法的地位不容忽視,于是本文欲就此話題來進行分析與探討,來具體研究這二者之間是如何相互影響,相互作用的。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, with the progress of the times and the rapid economic development, the development of the socialist market economy was first proposed in 1992. The market economy is the rational allocation of resources by both planning and market. The market economy system is a more macroscopic concept, which includes a variety of relations in the course of the socialist market economy operation, and the economic law plays a very important role in this system. The economic law is based on the national overall interests, intervention, management, regulation of the legal norms. In the construction of this market economy system with Chinese characteristics, the position of economic law can not be ignored.
