【摘要】：依法治企、合法經(jīng)營等已經(jīng)成為所有企業(yè)的一種共識。而茶葉企業(yè)則由于經(jīng)營規(guī)模較小,自身法律意識淡漠、法律人才缺乏等原因,造成在新形勢下的自我保護能力較弱,缺乏依法治企的意識。本文著重分析了茶葉企業(yè)依法經(jīng)營,運用法律武器進行自我保護等方面的問題和不足,提出了相應的對策。
[Abstract]:Managing enterprises according to law and managing them legally has become a common understanding among all enterprises. However, due to the relatively small scale of operation, the lack of legal awareness and the lack of legal personnel, tea enterprises are weak in their ability to protect themselves under the new situation. This paper analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the management of tea enterprises according to law and the use of legal weapons to protect themselves, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
