【摘要】：我國太陽能資源豐富,太陽能的開發(fā)利用也卓有成效,但其發(fā)展存在若干制約。面對太陽能開發(fā)利用中的現(xiàn)實困境,需要針對太陽能的不同利用形式包括太陽能光伏發(fā)電、太陽能熱水器和太陽能熱發(fā)電等在立法上分別做出相應(yīng)的制度安排,以促進(jìn)太陽能的開發(fā)利用和良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Our country is rich in solar energy resources and the development and utilization of solar energy is also fruitful, but there are some constraints in its development. In the face of the difficult situation in the development and utilization of solar energy, it is necessary to aim at the different forms of solar energy utilization, including solar photovoltaic power generation. In order to promote the development and utilization of solar energy, solar water heaters and solar thermal power generation make corresponding regulations separately.
