【摘要】：正2012年12月28日第十一屆全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)第三十次會(huì)議通過(guò)《關(guān)于修改中華人民共和國(guó)勞動(dòng)合同法的決定》后,人力資源社會(huì)保障部近日下發(fā)了《關(guān)于貫徹實(shí)施新修訂的勞動(dòng)合同法嚴(yán)格規(guī)范勞務(wù)派遣的通知》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《通知》),要求各地切實(shí)做好新修訂勞動(dòng)合同法的貫徹實(shí)施工作,進(jìn)一步規(guī)范勞務(wù)派遣。
[Abstract]:At the 30th meeting of the 11th National People ' s Congress on Dec . 28 , 2012 , the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People ' s Congress adopted the Decision on amending the labor contract law of the People ' s Republic of China , and the Ministry of Human Resources Social Security recently issued a circular on the implementation of the newly revised labor contract law to strictly regulate the dispatch of labor services ( hereinafter referred to as the Circular ) , which called for the effective implementation of the newly revised labor contract law and further standardize the dispatch of services .
