【摘要】：全球變暖深刻塑造著北極地緣政治,中國與北極關系內涵隨之變得更為豐富,從單一地緣關系擴展深化到更為復雜的義利關系,體現(xiàn)出非北極國家、非北極沿岸國、近北極國家和北極"利益攸關方"等身份。動態(tài)關系事實和多重身份意義在國內外現(xiàn)行橫版世界地圖投影、北極中心投影和"系列世界地圖"(南北半球版)所用投影中得到不同程度的表達與映射。通過地圖進行話語重構也應是中國參與北極事務的重要路徑。選擇合適的地圖投影并進行綜合分析與運用將有助于表達中國—北極關系,借此"地圖話語"推動關系與身份的再建構,增進國內外對于中國有利"北極身份"的理解與認同,助力中國創(chuàng)造性參與北極事務。
[Abstract]:Global warming has deeply shaped Arctic geopolitics, and the relationship between China and the Arctic has become richer, from a single geopolitical relationship to a more complex relationship of righteousness and interest, which reflects non-Arctic countries, non-Arctic coastal countries, Near Arctic States and Arctic "stakeholders" and other identities. The facts of dynamic relations and multiple identities are expressed and mapped to different degrees in the projection of the current horizontal world map, the arctic center projection and the series world map (the Northern and Southern Hemisphere version). Reconstruction of discourse by map should also be an important path for China to participate in Arctic affairs. Choosing suitable map projection and comprehensive analysis and application will be helpful to express China-Arctic relationship, thus "map discourse" will promote the re-construction of relationship and identity, and promote the understanding and recognition of China's favorable Arctic identity at home and abroad. Help China to participate in Arctic affairs creatively.
