【摘要】：監(jiān)所檢察工作是檢察機(jī)關(guān)法律監(jiān)督工作的重要組成部分,主要職能是對(duì)刑罰執(zhí)行和監(jiān)管活動(dòng)進(jìn)行監(jiān)督,以實(shí)現(xiàn)維護(hù)刑罰執(zhí)行的公平公正、維護(hù)監(jiān)管秩序穩(wěn)定、維護(hù)被監(jiān)管人合法權(quán)益的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一。修改后刑訴法給監(jiān)所檢察工作增加了新職責(zé)、明確了新任務(wù),也提出了新的要求。為更好地揭示監(jiān)所檢察工作面臨的新情況,應(yīng)對(duì)刑訴法修改給監(jiān)所檢察工作帶來(lái)的新挑戰(zhàn),本刊特邀請(qǐng)專(zhuān)家學(xué)者,對(duì)修改后刑訴法背景下的監(jiān)所檢察工作進(jìn)行探討。
