[Abstract]:The 2016 Supreme people's Procuratorate's basic Code of Professional Ethics for Procurators of the people's Republic of China requires prosecutors to adhere to the character of loyalty, to always maintain their political identity, to adhere to the purpose of serving the people and to safeguard the rights and interests of the people, and to uphold the spirit of responsibility. Strengthening legal supervision, upholding the concept of justice, maintaining the unity of the legal system, adhering to integrity and conscientiously accepting supervision. As a spiritual force, the procuratorial professional spirit determines the value pursuit of procurators at a deep level. To this end, we should study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's series under the guidance of procuratorial professional spirit.
