【摘要】：正核心價(jià)值觀作為檢察文化的一種形態(tài),其蘊(yùn)含著精神價(jià)值和執(zhí)法活動(dòng)兩個(gè)方面,是實(shí)現(xiàn)檢察精神引領(lǐng)、價(jià)值導(dǎo)向功能的基本途徑和落地平臺(tái)。今年以來(lái),河南省三門峽市湖濱區(qū)檢察院堅(jiān)持把政法干警核心價(jià)值觀融入法律監(jiān)督工作實(shí)踐,以檢察工作成效來(lái)檢驗(yàn)教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)成果,從點(diǎn)名接訪機(jī)制切入,相繼建立和完善了以核心價(jià)值觀為軸心,以案件質(zhì)量終身負(fù)責(zé)制和信訪責(zé)任原點(diǎn)追究制為兩極,
[Abstract]:As a form of procuratorial culture, positive core values contain spiritual value and law enforcement activities, and are the basic way and landing platform to realize the function of procuratorial spirit leading and value guiding. The procuratorate of Hubin District of Sanmenxia City, Henan Province, insists on integrating the core values of the political and legal cadres and policemen into the practice of legal supervision, testing the results of educational practice activities with the results of procuratorial work, and starting from the mechanism of naming and receiving visits. They have successively established and perfected the core values as the axis, the system of life-long responsibility for the quality of cases and the system of investigating the origin of the letters and visits as the two poles.
