【摘要】： 本文意在從人與自我的關(guān)系、人與人的關(guān)系、人與國家的關(guān)系的視角出發(fā),對我國社會主義和諧社會法律信仰的養(yǎng)成問題進(jìn)行思考。從人與自我的關(guān)系分析,人對自身全面發(fā)展的認(rèn)識是法律信仰養(yǎng)成的內(nèi)在核心。從人與人關(guān)系分析,健康、誠信、友愛、和諧的社會關(guān)系是養(yǎng)成法律信仰的社會基礎(chǔ)。從人與國家關(guān)系分析,代表民意的立法、絕對守法的政府、公平公正的司法為法律信仰的養(yǎng)成提供制度保障。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to think about the cultivation of legal belief in the socialist harmonious society of our country from the perspective of the relationship between man and self, between man and man, and between man and state. From the analysis of the relationship between man and self, man's understanding of his all-round development is the inner core of the cultivation of legal belief. From the analysis of the relationship between people, health, honesty, fraternity and harmonious social relations are the social basis for the formation of legal belief. Analyzing the relationship between the people and the state, legislating on behalf of public opinion, absolutely abiding by the law, and fair and just judicature provide system guarantee for the cultivation of legal belief.
