【摘要】： 零形回指現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)頻率很高是漢語的特點之一。零形回指在不同的語體中有不同的使用特點。本文選取《憲法》、《刑法》、《民法通則》、《刑事訴訟法》、《民事訴訟法》、《行政訴訟法》和《勞動合同法》等七部法律為語料,通過對全部法律條文的窮盡性分析,總結(jié)了法律語體零形回指的使用特點,包括:第一,零形回指中,上指形式占據(jù)絕對優(yōu)勢。第二,排除本身沒有存在必要性的省略現(xiàn)象,在法律語體中承前主語占絕對多數(shù)。第三,在法律語體中,很少出現(xiàn)代詞回指。通過比較法律語體與文藝語體的代表作品《駱駝祥子》的零形回指,得出零形回指在不同語體中使用方面的異同:第一,零形回指在法律語體中可以有更多的回指語。第二,法律和文藝語體零形回指形式各具特色。第三,法律語體回指形式簡單,呈現(xiàn)一定的程式化。而文藝語體回指形式更為復雜、長距離回指等現(xiàn)象明顯多于法律語體。第四,文藝語體中,零形回指常與代詞回指結(jié)合使用。
[Abstract]:The high frequency of zero anaphora is one of the characteristics of Chinese. Zero anaphora has different features in different styles. This paper selects seven laws, such as Constitution, Criminal Law, General principles of Civil Law, Criminal procedure Law, Civil procedure Law, Administrative procedure Law and Labor contract Law, as language materials. The characteristics of zero anaphora in legal language are summarized, including: first, in zero anaphora, the upper anaphora occupies an absolute advantage. Secondly, exclude the omission which is not necessary, and in the legal style, the preposition subject is the absolute majority. Thirdly, pronoun anaphora is rarely found in legal style. By comparing the zero anaphora of the representative works of legal style and literary style, the author draws the similarities and differences in the use of zero anaphora in different styles: first, zero anaphora can have more anaphora in legal style. Second, legal and literary style zero-shaped anaphora has its own characteristics. Thirdly, the anaphora of legal style is simple and stylized. The form of anaphora in literature and art is more complicated, and the phenomenon of long distance anaphora is obviously more than that of legal style. Fourth, in literary style, zero anaphora is often used in combination with pronoun anaphora.
