論法學研究生教育方式的革新

【摘要】:我國法學研究生教育為國家輸送了眾多合格法律人才,取得了顯著的成就。但是以往短平快發(fā)展的法學研究生教育模式,天然帶有快中難以保證質(zhì)量,量多混雜就業(yè)下滑的窘境。其中,研究生培養(yǎng)教育方式單一僵化的弊端是掣肘培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量提升的因素之一。在依法治國大背景下,社會急需各類創(chuàng)新型法律人才的脫穎而出,研究生教育改革更是渴求探索出新路徑和新方式。為此,我們需要重新檢視傳統(tǒng)教育,拋棄陳舊死板的教學方式,以高素質(zhì)、重能力為培養(yǎng)目標,擴展創(chuàng)新實踐課程,引進多種教學方法,側(cè)重師生平等互動參與,盤活整個教育環(huán)節(jié),調(diào)動全體研究生的學習主動性,實現(xiàn)最佳的教學效果。
[Abstract]:The graduate education of law in our country has sent many qualified legal talents for the country, and has made remarkable achievements. However, in the past, the short and rapid development of law graduate education model naturally has the dilemma of fast and difficult to guarantee quality and mixed employment decline. Among them, the malpractice of single rigid way of graduate training and education is one of the factors that restrict the improvement of training quality. Under the background of ruling the country according to law, the society is in urgent need of all kinds of innovative legal talents to stand out, and the reform of graduate education is eager to explore new paths and new ways. Therefore, we need to re-examine the traditional education, abandon the old and rigid teaching methods, take high quality and ability as the training goal, expand the innovative practical curriculum, introduce various teaching methods, emphasize the equal interactive participation of teachers and students, invigorate the whole educational link, mobilize the learning initiative of all graduate students, and achieve the best teaching effect.
