【摘要】：馬克思主義法學基本原理,支撐其學科形成。按照制度本性與基礎(chǔ)性標準,經(jīng)濟決定法律、國家掌控法律、法律的階級性、法律的適度反決定、法律的歷史性、基于私有制的違法必然、革命超越法律、資本主義法治的虛偽性、社會主義法治的歷史必然和法律的東方道路,構(gòu)成馬克思主義法學的十大基本原理。這十大原理,支撐馬克思主義法學的形成,催生明確的社會主義法學意識,推動社會主義法治的最終建成。
[Abstract]:The basic principles of Marxist law support the formation of its disciplines. According to the nature and basic standards of the system, the economy determines the law, the state controls the law, the class nature of the law, the moderate inverse decision of the law, the history of the law, the necessity of violating the law based on private ownership, the revolution surpassing the law, the hypocrisy of the capitalist rule of law, the historical necessity of the socialist rule of law and the oriental road of the law, which constitute the ten basic principles of Marxist law. These ten principles support the formation of Marxist law, give birth to clear socialist legal consciousness, and promote the final completion of socialist rule of law.
