[Abstract]:The positive rule of law is a prominent symbol of modern civilization, an important cornerstone of social development, and the basic way of governing the country. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important discourses on the construction of socialist rule of law, clearly put forward the new goal of building a China ruled by law, fully demonstrated the new concept of the rule of law, the value of the rule of law and the strategy of the rule of law, and provided scientific guidance and basic follow for promoting the rule of law in an all-round way.
