【摘要】：1832年頒布的《解剖法》是英國歷史上極其重要的一部法案。它以促進醫(yī)療科學(xué)發(fā)展為名,肆意處理窮人尸體,無視窮人的基本人權(quán),傷害了他們的感情,強制他們犧牲自己的身體反哺社會,激起強烈抗議。此后,英國政府開始注意協(xié)調(diào)科學(xué)解剖與平民意愿之間的沖突,最終確立了遺體捐獻自由的原則。
[Abstract]:The anatomy law, promulgated in 1832, is an extremely important bill in British history. It is named for the development of medical science, wanton handling the bodies of the poor, ignoring the basic human rights of the poor, hurting their feelings, forcing them to sacrifice their own body to feed the society and provoke strong protest. After that, the British government began to pay attention to the coordination of scientific solutions. The conflict between the dissection and the will of the populace finally established the principle of freedom of the body donation.
