【摘要】：商業(yè)賄賂背離了市場經(jīng)濟(jì),破壞了信用體系,阻礙了資源的優(yōu)化配置,對(duì)現(xiàn)代市場經(jīng)濟(jì)危害極大,因而必須對(duì)其進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格規(guī)制和精密防控。為了規(guī)制商業(yè)賄賂行為,美國構(gòu)建了一套比較完善和先進(jìn)的反商業(yè)賄賂控防體系。文章在對(duì)美國反商業(yè)賄賂的理論與實(shí)踐進(jìn)行全方位解構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)我國反商業(yè)賄賂的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深刻反思并提出相應(yīng)重構(gòu)建言。
[Abstract]:Commercial bribery deviates from the market economy, destroys the credit system, hinders the optimal allocation of resources, and does great harm to the modern market economy, so it must be strictly regulated and precisely controlled. In order to regulate commercial bribery, the United States has constructed a set of relatively perfect and advanced anti-commercial bribery control and prevention system. On the basis of deconstructing the theory and practice of anti-commercial bribery in the United States, this paper deeply reflects on the current situation of anti-commercial bribery in China and puts forward some suggestions for reconstruction.
