【摘要】：《呂刑》是西周中期穆王命司寇呂侯所作的刑法典,它對六百年后商鞅變法修律具有相應影響,這在《睡虎地秦墓竹簡》所載法律內(nèi)容中得以證實�！秴涡獭分械呐f五刑制度、贖刑制度以及審判制度等均為《睡虎地秦墓竹簡》所承繼�？疾炱湓�,應從立法技術的借鑒、政治因素的考慮、文化源頭的輻射等方面予以詮釋。
[Abstract]:Lu Xing is the criminal code written by Kou Luhou, who was ordered by Muwang in the middle of Western Zhou Dynasty. It has a corresponding influence on the law reform of Shang Yang six hundred years later, which can be confirmed in the legal content contained in bamboo slips of Qin Tomb in Sleeping Tiger Land. Foreclosure system and trial system are inherited from the bamboo slips of Qin Tomb in Shuihu Land. The reasons should be interpreted from the aspects of legislative technology, political factors and the radiation of cultural sources.
