【摘要】："少陽(yáng)為半表半里"是中醫(yī)院校畢業(yè)生所具有的常識(shí),然而在臨床應(yīng)用時(shí),"半表半里"作為疾病之所在顯得較為含混,作為"表證、里證相兼"又失去了其獨(dú)立存在的意義,且不能囊括少陽(yáng)的全部?jī)?nèi)涵。診察少陽(yáng)病時(shí)將少陽(yáng)表證、里證分別診察分析,處方用藥時(shí)考慮每個(gè)病例表證、里證比例關(guān)系的不同,可顯著提高少陽(yáng)病診治的精確度,并延伸少陽(yáng)病診斷的廣度。
[Abstract]:"Shaoyang is half-form and half-li" is the common sense of Chinese medical college graduates. However, in clinical application, "half-surface-half-li" appears to be more ambiguous as the location of the disease, and as "evidence, both internal and external", it has lost its significance of independent existence. And can not include the full connotation of Shaoyang. The diagnostic accuracy of Shaoyang disease can be greatly improved and the breadth of Shaoyang disease diagnosis can be extended by examining and analyzing the Shaoyang syndrome and Li syndrome separately, considering each case form and the difference of the proportion of Li card when prescription is used in the treatment of Shaoyang disease, which can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment of Shaoyang disease and extend the breadth of diagnosis of Shaoyang disease.
