【摘要】：目的本研究通過(guò)對(duì)針灸聯(lián)合推拿與單純針灸及單純推拿3種干預(yù)措施治療肩周炎療效對(duì)比的臨床隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行分析,系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)3種干預(yù)措施治療肩周炎的總體療效及優(yōu)越性,為肩周炎的治療提供更多、更準(zhǔn)確的信息。方法計(jì)算機(jī)檢索中國(guó)知網(wǎng)、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)庫(kù)(CBM)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)知識(shí)服務(wù)平臺(tái)、維普網(wǎng)、Pub Med等數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),檢索時(shí)限均截至2017年2月,根據(jù)納入和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn),收集國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于針灸聯(lián)合推拿(聯(lián)合組)與單純針灸(針灸組)及單純推拿(推拿組)治療肩周炎療效對(duì)比的臨床隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn),采用Rev Man 5.3統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 7篇文獻(xiàn)符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn),共1 037例患者。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,聯(lián)合組總有效率和治愈率均高于針灸組及推拿組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);針灸組與推拿組總有效率和治愈率比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論針灸聯(lián)合推拿治療肩周炎的總體療效明顯優(yōu)于單純針灸及單純推拿,聯(lián)合療法值得臨床推廣及應(yīng)用,但由于符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文獻(xiàn)較少,其長(zhǎng)期療效尚需更多高質(zhì)量的臨床研究進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage and acupuncture and massage in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. In order to provide more and more accurate information for the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis, the overall curative effect and superiority of three kinds of intervention measures were systematically evaluated in order to provide more accurate information for the treatment of shoulder periarthritis. Methods A computer search was conducted on China knowledge Network, (CBM), Wanfang data knowledge Service platform of China Biomedical Literature Library, Pub Med and other databases. The time limit of retrieval was up to February 2017, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The clinical randomized controlled trials of acupuncture combined with massage (combined group) and simple acupuncture (acupuncture group) and simple massage (massage group) in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder were collected and analyzed by Rev Man 5.3.Statistical software was used to analyze the therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with massage (combined group) and acupuncture alone (acupuncture group) on the treatment of shoulder periarthritis. Results the results of meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate and cure rate of the combined group were higher than those of the acupuncture group and the massage group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The results of meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate and cure rate of the combined group were higher than those of the acupuncture group and massage group. There was no significant difference in total effective rate and cure rate between acupuncture group and massage group (P0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage is superior to acupuncture and massage in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. The combined therapy is worthy of clinical popularization and application, but there are few literatures that meet the inclusion criteria. More high-quality clinical studies are needed to verify its long-term efficacy.
