【摘要】：特發(fā)性足細胞病作為當前腎臟病學研究熱點,涵蓋多種臨床常見慢性腎小球疾病,全球范圍內(nèi)發(fā)病呈明顯上升趨勢,臨床治療難度大,經(jīng)典治療方案療效欠理想。尋找有效的足細胞病治療方案已成為當前相關(guān)領(lǐng)域亟待解決的臨床現(xiàn)實問題。中醫(yī)藥針對足細胞病防治,療效確切,具有良好的應用前景。全國名老中醫(yī)藥專家曹式麗教授,對特發(fā)性足細胞病的中醫(yī)治療頗有心得,逐步形成"基于辛通暢絡法治療特發(fā)性足細胞病"的學術(shù)思想。文章就該特色學術(shù)思想,予以初步總結(jié)與闡釋,為序貫開展的相關(guān)學術(shù)研究提供前期工作基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Idiopathic podocylosis, as a hot spot in nephrology, covers a variety of chronic glomerulopathy in clinical practice. The incidence of idiopathic podocylosis in the world is increasing obviously. It is difficult to treat idiopathic podocylosis and the therapeutic effect of classical therapy is not satisfactory. Finding effective treatment for podocytosis has become a practical problem to be solved in related fields. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is effective in prevention and treatment of podocylosis and has a good prospect of application. Professor Cao Shili, a well-known Chinese medicine expert from all over the country, has learned a lot about the treatment of idiopathic podocylosis and has gradually formed the academic thought of "treating idiopathic podocylosis based on Xintong and Changluo method". This paper gives a preliminary summary and explanation of this characteristic academic thought, and provides the basis for the related academic research in a sequential way.
