【摘要】：目的:基于循證醫(yī)學(xué)原則和方法,通過全面系統(tǒng)地評(píng)價(jià)中藥面膜治療囊腫結(jié)節(jié)型痤瘡的臨床相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),納入高證據(jù)等級(jí)文獻(xiàn),結(jié)合專家意見和建議,制定中藥面膜敷貼法干預(yù)囊腫結(jié)節(jié)型痤瘡的技術(shù)操作規(guī)范,為臨床提供規(guī)范化指導(dǎo)。方法:在充分文獻(xiàn)檢索的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用循證醫(yī)學(xué)方法進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)證據(jù)的系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)和臨床證據(jù)的提取與分析,制定出臨床實(shí)用性較強(qiáng)的中藥面膜敷貼法干預(yù)囊腫結(jié)節(jié)型痤瘡的技術(shù)操作規(guī)范草案。并通過德爾菲法廣泛征求相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的專家意見,通過協(xié)作單位進(jìn)行一致性測(cè)試,形成中藥面膜敷貼法干預(yù)囊腫結(jié)節(jié)型痤瘡的技術(shù)操作規(guī)范的一致性檢驗(yàn)稿,然后進(jìn)一步修改論證,并在網(wǎng)上公開征求意見,最后送審并發(fā)布。結(jié)果:形成中藥面膜敷貼法干預(yù)囊腫結(jié)節(jié)型痤瘡的技術(shù)操作規(guī)范。結(jié)論:通過對(duì)十家合作單位的一致性檢驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析,中藥面膜敷貼法干預(yù)囊腫結(jié)節(jié)型痤瘡的技術(shù)操作規(guī)范臨床實(shí)用性強(qiáng)、可操作性一致率高,且安全性好。進(jìn)行中藥面膜敷貼法干預(yù)囊腫結(jié)節(jié)型痤瘡技術(shù)操作規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制研究,有利于規(guī)范中醫(yī)醫(yī)療行為,提高中醫(yī)藥的科研水平,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: based on the principles and methods of evidence-based medicine, the clinical literature related to the treatment of cystic nodular acne with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask was systematically evaluated, and the literature of high level of evidence was included, combined with expert opinions and suggestions. To establish the technical operation standard of Chinese medicine facial mask application in treating cyst and nodular acne, and to provide standardized guidance for clinical practice. Methods: on the basis of sufficient literature retrieval, the method of evidence-based medicine was used to systematically evaluate the literature evidence and to extract and analyze the clinical evidence. The technical standard of Chinese medicine facial mask application for the treatment of cystic nodular acne was developed. In addition, through Delphi method, experts in relevant fields were widely consulted, and consistency tests were conducted by cooperating units to form a consistency test draft of the technical specifications for the application of traditional Chinese medicine facial mask application in the intervention of cystic nodular acne. Then further revision of the argument, and online public consultation, and finally submitted for review and release. Results: the technical standard of traditional Chinese medicine mask application in the treatment of cystic nodular acne. Conclusion: by analyzing the consistency test data of ten cooperative units, the technical standard of Chinese herbal mask application in the treatment of cystic nodular acne is very practical, the rate of operational consistency is high, and the safety is good. In order to standardize the medical behavior of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and improve the scientific research level of TCM, it is worth popularizing.
