【摘要】：目的:探討放松訓練結(jié)合中醫(yī)認知療法治療焦慮癥的療效。方法:將2015年10月—2016年10月在該院精神病科治療的110例焦慮癥患者隨機分為兩組,對照組采用放松訓練療法,觀察組采用放松訓練結(jié)合中醫(yī)認知療法治療,比較兩組患者的臨床效果、焦慮改善情況、社會功能及生活功能改善情況。結(jié)果:觀察組治療有效率為92.73%,明顯高于對照組的70.91%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);觀察組治療后HAMA評分及CGI評分明顯低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);觀察組治療后DAF評分、LSR評分及GQOLI-74評分明顯高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:放松訓練結(jié)合中醫(yī)認知療法治療焦慮癥效果顯著,能有效改善焦慮癥狀及整體癥狀,促進社會功能及生活功能的恢復,具有積極的臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of relaxation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine cognitive therapy on anxiety disorder. Methods: from October 2015 to October 2016, 110 patients with anxiety disorder were randomly divided into two groups: the control group was treated with relaxation training and the observation group was treated with relaxation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine cognitive therapy. The clinical effect, anxiety, social function and life function were compared between the two groups. Results: the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.73, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The HAMA score and CGI score after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05), while the DAF score, LSR score and GQOLI-74 score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: relaxation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine cognitive therapy can effectively improve anxiety symptoms and overall symptoms, promote the recovery of social function and life function, and have positive clinical significance.
