【摘要】：目的：通過(guò)理論研究和臨床病例觀察明確以“填精祛瘀法”結(jié)合分型論治針灸治療黃褐斑的可行性,為豐富針灸治療黃褐斑的臨床思路提供參考依據(jù)。方法：1.理論研究：以“《中國(guó)基本古籍庫(kù)》(成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)本地鏡像站)”為研究對(duì)象,查閱先秦至民國(guó)中醫(yī)古籍中有關(guān)黃褐斑的證治相關(guān)論述；聯(lián)機(jī)檢索相關(guān)期刊論文,查閱1995年1月1日至2015年3月30日已報(bào)道的中醫(yī)(含針灸)治療黃褐斑相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。2.臨床病例觀察：篩選符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的黃褐斑患者15例,在“病證結(jié)合”的辨治體系指導(dǎo)下,立足于“精虛血瘀”的共性病機(jī),選擇“腎俞、志室、膏肓、膈俞、膽俞”為主穴體現(xiàn)“填精祛瘀”的基礎(chǔ)治法,并結(jié)合不同證型分型配穴針灸治療3個(gè)療程,設(shè)立黃褐斑皮損評(píng)分表、全身伴隨癥狀評(píng)分表評(píng)定療效。結(jié)果：1.立足“精虛血瘀”的共性病機(jī),運(yùn)用“填精祛瘀”為基礎(chǔ)治法,結(jié)合分型論治取穴針灸治療黃褐斑具備理論及臨床依據(jù)。2.臨床觀察15例患者經(jīng)過(guò)3個(gè)療程治療,根據(jù)黃褐斑皮損評(píng)分評(píng)價(jià)療效,總有效率為60%；全身伴隨癥狀評(píng)分評(píng)價(jià)療效,總有效率為93.33%。結(jié)論：以“填精祛瘀法”結(jié)合分型論治針灸治療黃褐斑的臨床思路具有理論和臨床依據(jù),可為進(jìn)一步深入研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to make clear the feasibility of treating chloasma with "filling essence and removing blood stasis method" combined with classification through theoretical study and clinical case observation, and to provide reference basis for enriching clinical thinking of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of chloasma. Method 1: 1. Theoretical study: take "the Chinese basic Ancient Books Library" (Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine Local Mirror Station) as the research object, consult the related exposition about the syndrome and treatment of chloasma in the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine from the pre-Qin to the Republic of China; To search the full text database of Chinese periodicals online, consult the literature related to the treatment of chloasma in traditional Chinese medicine (including acupuncture and moxibustion) reported from January 1, 1995 to March 30, 2015. 2. Clinical case observation: 15 cases of chloasma sufferers who met the standard were selected. Under the guidance of the differentiation and treatment system of "combination of disease and syndrome", based on the common pathogenesis of "essence deficiency and blood stasis", "Shenshu", "Zhi Room", "ointment" and "Geshu" were selected. "Danshu" is the basic treatment method of "filling essence and removing blood stasis", combined with different types of syndromes combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for 3 courses, set up chloasma score table, and appraised the curative effect by whole body associated symptom scale. Results: 1. Based on the common pathogenesis of "essence deficiency and blood stasis", using "filling essence and removing blood stasis" as the basic treatment method, combined with the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion for chloasma has theoretical and clinical basis. 2. The total effective rate of 15 patients was 60 according to the score of chloasma and the total effective rate was 93.333.The total effective rate was 93.33. Conclusion: the treatment of chloasma by "filling essence and removing blood stasis method" combined with the classification of acupuncture and moxibustion has theoretical and clinical basis, which can lay a foundation for further study.
