【摘要】：仲景在《內(nèi)經(jīng)》“有故無(wú)殞”理論的基礎(chǔ)上,創(chuàng)造出相關(guān)的經(jīng)典方劑,并將其靈活運(yùn)用于實(shí)踐,進(jìn)一步完善了《內(nèi)經(jīng)》的理論,完美的展現(xiàn)了其對(duì)臨床用藥的寶貴價(jià)值。本文以醫(yī)圣張仲景所著《金匱要略》中妊娠禁忌藥、相反藥、有毒藥的運(yùn)用為研究對(duì)象,分析相關(guān)代表?xiàng)l文及方藥的應(yīng)用,總結(jié)仲景運(yùn)用該理論的精髓,整理和分析古今有關(guān)“有故無(wú)殞”理論的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)出1.“有故無(wú)殞”理論的來(lái)源;2.“有故無(wú)殞”理論在《金匱要略》中的應(yīng)用;3.后世醫(yī)家對(duì)“有故無(wú)殞”理論的研究;4.“有故無(wú)殞”理論的現(xiàn)代研究和臨床應(yīng)用。在撰寫(xiě)論文過(guò)程中對(duì)“有故無(wú)殞”理論有了進(jìn)一步的認(rèn)識(shí),“有故無(wú)殞”理論不僅體現(xiàn)在妊娠禁忌藥的應(yīng)用方面,同時(shí)有毒藥、相反藥的應(yīng)用也是在不同角度對(duì)該理論進(jìn)行詮釋。仲景繼承和發(fā)展了《內(nèi)經(jīng)》“有故無(wú)殞”理論,其不僅可以用于婦女妊娠病的治療,而且可以用于指導(dǎo)惡性腫瘤等多種疾病的應(yīng)用。深入探究“有故無(wú)殞”理論,必將有助于推廣其在現(xiàn)代臨床各科中的應(yīng)用,對(duì)今后“有故無(wú)殞”理論研究和臨床應(yīng)用具有不可替代的意義。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the theory of "there is no cause for death", Zhongjing has created the relevant classical prescriptions and applied them flexibly in practice, which further improved the theory of the "Internal Classic", and perfectly demonstrated its valuable value for clinical use. In this paper, taking the contraband medicine of pregnancy and the use of poison as the research object, the article analyzes the relevant representative articles and the application of prescriptions, and summarizes the essence of Zhongjing's application of the theory. Collate and analyze the relevant literature about the theory of "there is no death" in ancient and modern times, and summarize 1. The source of the theory of "there is no reason to be perished"; 2. The application of the theory of "without cause to death" in synopsis of the Golden Chamber; 3. The study of the theory of "there is no death" by the physicians of later generations; 4. The modern research and clinical application of the theory of "there is no death". In the course of writing the thesis, there is a further understanding of the theory of "there is no death", which is embodied not only in the application of contraband drugs for pregnancy, but also in poison. On the contrary, the application of drugs is to interpret the theory from different angles. Zhongjing inherits and develops the theory of Nei Jing, which can not only be used in the treatment of women's pregnancy, but also can be used to guide the application of many diseases such as malignant tumor. It will be helpful to popularize its application in modern clinical departments, and it will be of irreplaceable significance to the theoretical research and clinical application of "there is no death" in the future.
