【摘要】：目的:觀察激光坐浴機(jī)聯(lián)合痔瘡?fù)庀匆鹤》街委熁旌现掏鈩儍?nèi)扎術(shù)(Milligan-Morgan術(shù),M-M術(shù))后水腫的臨床療效,通過記錄患者治療前、后肛緣水腫評(píng)分及相關(guān)癥狀的變化,探討激光坐浴機(jī)聯(lián)合痔瘡?fù)庀匆鹤》街委熁旌现袒旌现掏鈩儍?nèi)扎術(shù)后創(chuàng)面水腫的機(jī)制。方法:將80例混合痔混合痔外剝內(nèi)扎術(shù)后患者按隨機(jī)數(shù)表分配方法分為觀察組、對照組各40例。觀察組采用激光坐浴機(jī)聯(lián)合痔瘡?fù)庀匆鹤?對照組采用激光坐浴機(jī)聯(lián)合高錳酸鉀溶液坐浴,以7天為一個(gè)療程,均予治療兩個(gè)療程,分別記錄治療后第3、7、14天每個(gè)患者傷口水腫及疼痛的評(píng)分變化,并記錄兩組治療后住院天數(shù)。結(jié)果:(1)臨床療效比較:觀察組總有效率94.73%,對照組總有效率81.57%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),認(rèn)為觀察組療效優(yōu)于對照組。(2)水腫評(píng)分比較:治療第3天、第7天、第14天后,對兩組治療后水腫評(píng)分進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,兩組治療后水腫評(píng)分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);(3)疼痛評(píng)分比較:治療第3天、第7天、第14天后,對兩組治療后疼痛評(píng)分進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,兩組治療后疼痛評(píng)分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);(4)治療后住院天數(shù)比較:對兩組治療后住院天數(shù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,兩組治療后住院天數(shù)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:激光坐浴機(jī)聯(lián)合痔瘡?fù)庀匆旱呐R床療效優(yōu)于激光坐浴機(jī)聯(lián)合高錳酸鉀溶液,激光坐浴機(jī)聯(lián)合痔瘡?fù)庀匆褐委熤绦g(shù)后水腫可有效地降低水腫體積評(píng)分,減輕術(shù)口疼痛,縮短患者住院時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of laser sitting bath combined with external hemorrhoids washing solution in the treatment of edema after mixed hemorrhoid exfoliation and internal ligation (Milligan-Morgan, M-M), and to record the changes of anus edema score and related symptoms before and after treatment. To explore the mechanism of laser sitting bath combined with external hemorrhoids washing solution for treatment of wound edema after external exfoliation and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods: 80 cases of mixed hemorrhoids after external exfoliation and internal ligation were randomly divided into observation group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). The observation group was treated with laser sitting bath machine combined with hemorrhoids external bath, the control group with laser sitting bath machine combined with potassium permanganate solution sitting bath, 7 days as a course of treatment. The scores of wound edema and pain were recorded on day 14 and the days of hospitalization after treatment were recorded. Results: (1) comparison of clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of observation group was 94.73m and that of control group was 81.57. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). The results showed that the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group. (2) comparison of edema scores: on the 3rd, 7th and 14th day after treatment, the edema scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed. There was significant difference in edema score between the two groups after treatment (P0.05). (3) comparison of pain scores: on the 3rd, 7th and 14th day after treatment, the pain scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). (4) comparison of the days of hospitalization after treatment: the days of hospitalization after treatment in two groups were statistically analyzed, and the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: the clinical effect of laser sitting bath combined with external hemorrhoids lotion is better than that of laser sitting bath combined with potassium permanganate solution. Laser sitting bath combined with external hemorrhoids lotion can effectively reduce the score of edema volume and relieve the pain of surgical mouth after hemorrhoids operation. Shorten the patient's hospitalization time.
