【摘要】：從針灸辨治理論研究當(dāng)前存在的諸多問題入手,以辨陰陽而治——據(jù)脈而刺、辨經(jīng)絡(luò)(臟腑)而治、身形辨治、四海辨治及其他辨治等多個方面的視角,論述針灸辨治的相關(guān)規(guī)律與重要理論問題,提出人體復(fù)雜多維聯(lián)系特點決定了針灸辨治的多視角與多向度,且每一種辨治之理法均具有相對獨立辨治意義。研究新認(rèn)識:提出據(jù)人迎寸口對比脈診法辨陰陽而刺,是以針直接調(diào)陰陽(氣)的平衡;提出經(jīng)絡(luò)辨治的5個思路來源,豐富其辨治內(nèi)涵;創(chuàng)新性提出五體的"五體效應(yīng)"與"五臟效應(yīng)";首次提出四海辨治理論等。
[Abstract]:Starting with the existing problems in the study of the theory of acupuncture and moxibustion differentiation and treatment, from the perspective of differentiating yin and yang and treating them-according to the pulse and pricking, distinguishing meridians and collaterals (zang-fu organs), treating the body shape, distinguishing and treating the four seas and other differentiation and treatment, and so on, This paper discusses the relevant laws and important theoretical issues of acupuncture and moxibustion differentiation and treatment, and points out that the characteristics of complex multidimensional connection of human body determine the multi-angle and multi-direction of acupuncture and moxibustion differentiation and treatment, and each method of differentiation and treatment has relatively independent significance of differentiation and treatment. The author points out that the method of distinguishing yin and yang and pricking according to the contrast of pulse diagnosis is the balance of direct regulation of yin and yang (qi) according to people's Yingcukou, and puts forward five thought sources of differentiation and treatment of meridian and collaterals, which enriches the connotation of differentiation and treatment of meridians and collaterals. The "five body effect" and "five zangs effect" of five bodies are put forward creatively, and the theory of differentiation and treatment of four seas is put forward for the first time.
